🌿 Aloysians in Action

We are proud that St. Louis School has joined an HKU-led conservation project to install nest boxes for the critically endangered Yellow-crested Cockatoo.

With Hong Kong home to an important part of the remaining global population, this project gives our students a meaningful chance to learn about wildlife conservation through real-life citizen science.

Well done to St. Louis School, Dr. Yick, Mr. Winster Wong, and all partners involved.

Great energy at last night’s SLOBA Finance Link session!

We had over 60 Old Boys come together—sharing insights, reconnecting, and building new connections across different industries and stages of life. It’s always encouraging to see the strength of our network when we show up for one another.

A big thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the conversations. If you missed it, don’t worry—there will be more opportunities ahead to get involved and stay connected.

*Finance Link first event update*

Dear Aloysians,

Thank you for your interest in the first SLOBA Finance Link networking event!

Owing to overwhelmingly positive responses (we have 68 sign up at the moment and continue to expect more), we have booked a proper venue for a the event.

📆 Date: 10 April 2026 (Friday)
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Venue: The Chinese Banks' Association (5/F, South China Building, 1-3 Wyndham Street, Central)
💰 Drinks and Dinner*: $200 for drinks only, $600 for dinner (*Alumni graduated within 10 years will be sponsored and received a 50% discount)

Tentative Rundown
6-7pm: Welcome and Networking
7-7:30pm: Mingling within table
7:30-8pm: Discussion on the objectives & development of Finance Link (e.g. what do u want to get, what should Finance Link provide)
8-8:30pm: Future events and resources discussion (Initial ideas for future events, notable alumni and resources)
8:30-9:30pm: Discussion on forming the Executive Committee
