ting purpose, “A Standard Bartender”. Moreover, knowledge of alcoholic beverages is essential and initial for a bartender. Since the society lack of institute specializing on bartending education, bartenders have rarely learnt or gained their alcoholic beverage knowledge in a systematical manner. Bar operational management is also playing a big roll within the industry. Most of the closures of bars are because of a poor management for bar operation.
