仁人家園為國際非牟利房屋組織，秉持｢世上人人得以安居｣的願景，致力改善全球貧窮住屋問題，為受天災影響的家庭建造、重建和修葺家園。自1976年成立以來，仁人家園已於全球逾70個國家展開建屋項目。而在本港，仁人家園推出｢關愛家居計劃｣，為有需要家庭維修家居，締造安穩家園，並在港舉辦活動籌款，支援全球及本地有需要的家庭。

【A Wonderful Day at the ACF Memorial Day Community Grill-Out✨】

On 23 May, we were delighted to join the Memorial Day Community Grill-Out hosted by the American Club at Tai Tam as one of its charity partners.

We were also pleased to have our Board Chair, Jenny Chang, and Deputy CEO, Katherine Rumble, join the event to connect with members of the community alongside our team.

It was a meaningful opportunity to share more about our work and engage in conversations around creating safe and decent homes for families in need.

A heartfelt thank you to the ACF team for the thoughtful planning and warm hospitality. With more than 240 participants, the event brought together the community for a vibrant and impactful day.👏

We are grateful to be part of such a supportive community and look forward to continuing our partnership with ACF in building brighter futures together.

Our recovery efforts continued through April, focusing on relocation, essential deliveries, and home installations. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated volunteers and staff for helping these families get back on their feet.

【🇰🇭柬埔寨新里程：連結本地經驗，推動國際房屋發展】

除了本地工作，仁人家園很高興能為國際房屋議題貢獻一份力量。

上個月，我們的助理總幹事 Katherine Rumble 榮幸受邀前往金邊參與當地的「房屋論壇」，其間更到訪當地社區，親身了解柬埔寨的房屋需求。這是繼今年初我們在香港接待柬埔寨代表團後，一次意義重大的後續交流。

對於香港仁人家園而言，這是一個里程碑。我們見證了早前在香港進行的圓桌會議及房屋（劏房、公共房屋、過渡性房屋）探訪所啟發的構思，正逐步轉化為實際行動。活動的一大亮點是見證了柬埔寨國土規劃及建設部與「柬埔寨仁人家園」簽署合作備忘錄（MoU），這是為數以千計家庭提供平等、安全及可負擔房屋的重要一步。

是次論壇匯聚了近 1,000 名來自政府、發展夥伴、私營機構、學術界及社區的代表。我們很榮幸能支持這項行動，為柬埔寨家庭共同構建「幸福家園，完善發展的鄉村」。

【🇰🇭Milestone in Cambodia: Local Insights, Global Impact】

Beyond our local impact, we are excited to contribute to the international housing landscape.

Last month, our Deputy CEO, Katherine Rumble, was honored to participate in the Housing Forum in Phnom Penh, where she visited local communities to better understand the housing situation in Cambodia. This served as a significant follow-up to our hosting of the Cambodian delegation in Hong Kong earlier this year.

It was a milestone moment for Habitat HK to see the exchange of ideas—from our roundtable discussions and housing visits (SDUs, public housing, and transitional housing) in Hong Kong—being translated into actual practice. A particular highlight was witnessing the signing of an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the Ministry and Habitat for Humanity Cambodia, a vital step toward expanding access to climate-resilient and affordable housing.

With nearly 1,000 participants from across the government, development partners, the private sector, academia, and communities, we are proud to support this collective effort in shaping "Happy Homes and Prosperous Villages" for families across Cambodia.

【三月份大埔復原回顧】

三月，我們舉辦了 5 個義工服務日（分別於10日、24日、25日、27日及30日），合共召集了 21 位熱心義工；同時，我們的團隊亦聯同專業師傅團隊提供 13 個服務支援日（分別於2、3、4、5、7、11、16、17、18、20、21、28及29日）。

🏠我們的團隊及義工們在多個地區提供支援，包括：
元朗區
北區
大埔區
九龍城區
東區
南區

義工們協助5個家庭由過渡性房屋搬遷至其他臨時住所，並協助安裝傢俬，將空置的空間轉化為溫暖舒適的家，同時亦向有需要的家庭派發必需家居物資。三月份合共支援了34個家庭。

每一位伸出援手的人，都讓我們更接近為大埔社區重建生活與希望的目標。💙

【March Tai Po Fire Recovery Recap】

In March, we successfully hosted 5 volunteer service days (on the 10th, 24th, 25th, 27th, and 30th), bringing together 21 dedicated volunteers, alongside 13 service days delivered by our staff and professional contractors (on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 11th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 28th, and 29th).

🏠Our teams & volunteers provided hands-on support at multiple districts, including:
Yuen Long District
North District
Tai Po District
Kowloon City District
Eastern District
Southern District

Volunteers supported 5 families in relocating from transitional housing to other temporary housing, assisted with the installation of essential furniture to transform empty spaces into comfortable homes, and delivered essential household items to families in need. In total, 34 families were supported in March.

Every helping hand brings us one step closer to rebuilding lives and restoring hope for the Tai Po community. 💙

在過去的星期六，我們以一場具意義的聚會，正式為築跡·由她起 2026 揭開序幕。一共有超過40位參加者出席，當中包括企業夥伴、受助家庭、義工，以及NGO夥伴的社工。

開幕後，我們進入小組分享環節。參加者輪流參與各個討論小組，聆聽真實的故事。這些故事包括：夥伴為何支持這個計劃、義工如何在現場貢獻、社工的重要角色，以及最重要的是，我們受助家庭的親身經歷。

【💜 Women Build 2026 officially launched 💜】

Last Saturday, we kicked off Women Build 2026 with a meaningful and intimate gathering, bringing together 40+ participants, including our corporate partners, home partners, volunteers, and NGO partners’ social workers.

After the opening, we moved into small group sessions for deeper sharing. Through a rotating format, participants spent time at each discussion group, hearing real stories. These included why our partners support this work, how volunteers contribute on the ground, the vital role of social workers, and most importantly, the journeys of our home partners.

These honest conversations created space for empathy, understanding, and connection. It reminded us that Women Build is not just about building homes, but about bringing people together to create lasting impact.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. We are excited for the journey ahead 💪🏽🏡
