Dear World Organizations:
Enclosed for planning purposes, please find the 2015 ICU World Cheerleading Championships (National Teams) & USASF World Club Championships week schedule to assist all Teams, Federation Officials, Spectators and VIP for their planning for the incredible week of International Cheerleading. Once again, we anticipate nearly 70 nations to participate in the 2015 World Championship week, and we very much look forward to seeing everyone very soon. As we prepare , enclosed also note the following items below (and the weekly schedule below):
1). Warm Up Space for International Teams (Tuesday-Friday 21-24 April 2015)
*Per overwhelming requests of the international teams (Club and National Teams) and due to length of travel, we will provide free warm up space on Disney Property for Tuesday (afternoon)- Friday (evening) 21-24 April 2015.
*Scheduling requests will follow shortly; however, both ICU performance surfaces, and USASF surfaces will be provided.

2). ICU Opening Ceremony, Parade of Nations and Competition, Medal Ceremony, Receptions, Closing Ceremony (Thursday- Friday 23-24 April 2015) Sample Schedule is ready.
*Currently, due to the high number of nations participating; the ICU Opening Ceremony is planned to begin at 2 PM / 14:00 h on Thursday 23 April 2015.
*National Team Line Up for the "Parade of Nations" is scheduled to begin at 1 PM / 13:00 h on Thursday 23 April 2015.
*ICU Opening Ceremony Rehearsal (1 person from each country) is scheduled for 10 AM / 10:00 h - on Thursday 23 April 2015.
3). USASF Club World Championships (Saturday - Monday 25- 27 April 2015)
*Conducted at venues located within Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports (Team Cheer) and at Disney’s EPCOT America’s Showplace (Team CheerDance) throughout the Walt Disney World Resort:
*World Championship Block Party to be held Monday Evening 27 April 2015 following the USASF Club World Championships.
4). ICU Technical, Break Out, and Governing Council Meetings (Tuesday 28 April 2015)
*Located at Coronado Springs Resort, meetings to begin at 9:00 AM on Tuesday 28 April 2015. Exact meeting times TBA
*ICU Governing Council meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM / 19:00 h on Tuesday 28 April 2015. (exact time-tentative to change)

5). ICU Continental Region Breakout Meetings and ICU General Assembly (Wednesday 29 April 2015)
*Located at Coronado Springs Resort, meetings to begin at 8:30 AM on Wednesday 29 April 2015. Exact meeting times TBA
*ICU General Assembly scheduled for 5:30 PM / 17:30 h on Wednesday 29 April 2015. (exact time- tentative to change)
