🌻夏天係觀察唔同生物（特別係 #昆蟲 #蜘蛛、 #兩棲爬行類)的絕佳季節，今次嘅探索地點有 森林、池塘、農田，物種豐富之餘又易行，啱哂一家大細觀賞生物，了解大自然運作 ✨
日期：7月13日(六)
地點：西貢獅子會自然教育中心
集合時間及地點：下午7時於自然教育中心停車場 (https://goo.gl/maps/dbNni4E68oGbPzjf9)
活動時間：大約2.5小時

-參加者必須穿著適合戶外考察的衣服。

Summer is a great time to observe wildlife. The site we are exploring have forests, ponds and farmlands, making it a haven for many types of animals, and is easily accessible and perfect for families!

Guide is Ray So. He got his bachelor degree in ecology (first-class honour) at HKU with expertise in surveying and studying different wildlife taxa both locally and globally. He has more than 15 years of experience in organizing eco expeditions both in HK, the Americas, Australia, Southeast Asia, etc. He has written a book entitled Life of amphibians and reptiles in HK published in 2015. He also promotes appreciation and conservation of nature through TV, radio, magazine and newspaper interviews.

我哋嘅首席導師Ray除咗會喺生態活動搵蛇畀人睇之外，原來仲係(勤力嘅）蛇王。呢幾個月蛇王Ray處理不同案件，實在大開眼界，有闖入紫嘯鶇巢食蛋嘅大水律，被尼龍網緊纏嘅蛇，吞緊貓嘅大蟒蛇，匿喺車引擎嘅飯鏟頭。次次煮到嚟就食，身手同頭腦都派上用場，係有趣又有成功感嘅工作！

當然都有令人傷心嘅時候- 人對大自然誤解然後懼怕，見蛇就打係好常見。蛇王Ray 遇到就只可以粒聲唔出收屍🥲

但就蛇類案件嘅處理嚟講，近年係有極大嘅進步，由多年前由蛇舖蛇王收歸己有，到十多年前開始所有捉到嘅蛇必須送往嘉道理農場檢查，適合嘅就野放，至到上年嘉道理農場認證有充分生態知識嘅蛇王可以捉完即搵合適地方野放，減低長距離遷移對蛇嘅影響😃

蛇王ray希望繼續為蛇類保育效力，未來同大家分享更多！
