生命叢林

生命叢林 希望透過南丫島的自然環境及現有島上的漁民文化，驅使人類在未知的環境中闖蕩、體驗及培養獨立自主的能力。　

本機構名為『生命叢林』，意義深遠。『生命』包括天地萬物，凡有生命者，包括世間所有動植物;『叢林』代表了豐盛荗密，而叢林是地球的肺腑，也是萬物生機的重要元素，與生命息息相關。其次，取其『叢林』之讀音，其意謂『重臨』，代表重生，生生不息的意思。取此名貫通了本機構的信念及使命，把生命與大自然聯繫結合，推展保育自然及珍惜生命的訊息。
