Helping Hand 伸手助人協會 伸手助人協會專注提供長者服務的本港注册慈善機構。協會成立於1978年，設立護老院老人之家及長者度假中心，為長者提供康樂活動、日間護理及暫住等服務。

本會轄下院舍照顧逾800位長者，並透過老人度假中心及其他外展支援計劃，每年提供服務予50,000名社區長者與其照顧者。

此外，本會亦於國內廣東省肇慶市興建了一所綜合院舍，成為首間由香港慈善機構在國內營運的大型護老頤養院。此院舍提供收費低廉及申請快捷的養老新選擇，以針對長期輪候政府資助安老宿位長者的需要，更可特別照顧認知障礙症(老年痴呆症)患者。

【畢尚華頤養院 15 週年 · 阿 Lam Sally 賀院慶🌟】

適逢畢尚華神父護老頤養院 15 週年院慶，非常榮幸邀請到林子祥先生（阿 Lam）及葉蒨文小姐（Sally）親臨院舍，與一眾院友慶祝！

慶祝活動由兩位星級嘉賓與執行委員會主席夏安麗女士、李晞禔委員、顏福貞委員、行政總裁朱可您博士及陳錦芝院長一同拉響彩炮，為 15 週年慶典正式揭開序幕。隨後，院舍長者合唱團更熱情獻唱阿 Lam 的經典金曲《分分鐘需要你》，場面溫馨動人。

在陳院長的陪同下，兩位嘉賓參觀了院舍並與院友親切互動，老友記們見到兩位偶像都雀躍萬分，紛紛熱情握手；院友代表亦致送了精心製作的手工紀念品，表達謝意。

阿 Lam 與 Sally 更化身「彩虹仙子」，特別探望臥床院友，溫柔地為她打扮、陪她聊天。院友露出燦爛笑容，更即興獻唱，現場洋溢著滿滿的關愛與歡笑。

最後，在全體院友及職員依依不捨的歡送下，活動圓滿結束。感謝阿 Lam 與 Sally 為大家帶來了一個難忘又暖心的15周年慶祝活動！❤️✨

【A Heartwarming 15th Anniversary of FSB Home: Welcoming George Lam & Sally Yeh!🌟】

In celebration of the 15th Anniversary of Helping Hand Father Sean Burke Care Home for the Elderly, we were deeply honored to welcome special guests Mr. George Lam and Ms. Sally Yeh celebrating with our residents!

The celebration kicked off with a vibrant confetti-popping ceremony, officiated by our star guests alongside Executive Committee Chairlady Mrs. Arculli, members Ms. Christine Lie and Ms. Regina Gan, CEO Dr. Connie Chu, and Superintendent Ms. Kency Chan. Our residents’ choir then warmed everyone’s hearts with a delightful performance of George’s iconic hit, "Need You Every Minute" (分分鐘需要你).

Accompanied by Superintendent, George and Sally toured the home and spent quality time interacting with the seniors. Residents were overjoyed to meet the stars, eagerly shaking hands and presenting them with handcrafted souvenirs.

Transforming into true "Rainbow Fairy," George and Sally also paid a heartfelt visit to a bedridden resident—helping dress her up, chatting, and bringing endless smiles. Touched by their warmth, the resident even sang a song for them!

The memorable day concluded with warm cheers and farewells from all residents and staff. Thank you, George and Sally, for bringing so much brightness, love, and joy to our home! ❤️✨

🌟為積極備戰 10月27日的 「全港長者硬地滾球大賽」🔴🔵，早前舉辦的「 #硬地滾球同樂日」圓滿結束，一眾院友齊聚一堂，共度充滿歡笑與活力的精彩時光！💚

🌈活動透過硬地滾球運動，讓院友訓練手眼協調、提升專注力及身體活動能力，同時享受運動帶來的樂趣，促進彼此交流與互動。

⭐️比賽過程中，院友們全情投入、各展身手，現場加油聲此起彼落，歡笑聲不絕於耳。大家在友誼第一、比賽第二的精神下互相鼓勵，盡情享受運動帶來的成功感和滿足感，展現積極樂觀、活力充沛的一面。

🫶🏻感謝各位家屬及義工的支持與參與，讓活動得以順利舉行。未來，我們將繼續舉辦不同類型的活動，鼓勵長者保持身心健康，一同實踐活躍老化，共建關愛共融社區。💚
 
As part of our active preparation for the Hong Kong Elderly Boccia Competition on 27 October, our Boccia Fun Day was successfully held earlier, bringing residents together for a wonderful time filled with laughter, energy, and companionship!

Through the sport of boccia, residents had the opportunity to strengthen hand-eye coordination, improve concentration, and stay physically active, while enjoying meaningful social interaction and the fun of participating in a team event.

Throughout the competition, residents enthusiastically showcased their skills, with cheers and encouragement filling the venue. Embracing the spirit of friendship and sportsmanship, participants supported one another and celebrated every achievement, demonstrating positivity, resilience, and vibrant energy.

A heartfelt thank you to all family members and volunteers for their support and participation, which helped make the event such a success. We look forward to organising more engaging activities that promote physical and mental well-being, encourage active ageing, and foster a caring and inclusive community for older adults. 💚
