今年2026除了是馬年，更加是TFHK踏入第十年的一個里程碑。十年，241位「項目老師」及校友；超過53000段師生關係的建立，每一段關係，都代表著希望、成長和蛻變。 十年過去，從未改變的是TFHK始終相信，所有兒童都應得到平等的學習、成長和發揮潛能的機會。
基層學生資源有限、在社會標準壓力的環境長大，他們本來的起跑線已經比別人落後。而正正是Fellows的出現，學生被看見，開始相信：「我做得到，我有選擇。」

Teach For Hong Kong wishes everyone a prosperous Chinese New Year!
This year, 2026, not only marks the Year of the Horse but also a significant milestone for TFHK as we celebrate our 10th anniversary. 10 years of commitment, growth, and impact. 241 Fellows nurtured. Over 53,000 teacher-student relationships built.
Throughout these ten years, our belief at TFHK has remained unchanged: All children in Hong Kong deserve equal opportunities to learn, grow, and realize their potential.
Students from low-income backgrounds often navigate a world filled with limitations and societal pressures, starting their journeys from a place of disadvantage. Our Fellows not only recognize the potential in every student, but they also help them realize it. Under their guidance, students begin to break free from self-doubt, inspiring them to believe, "I can do this; I have options." This transformation is not just about education, it's about igniting hope and opening doors to a brighter future.
