The two after-school centres open Monday to Saturday, offer holistic academic support. For our children, this is even harder. They learn in Chinese every day, and it is not the language they speak at home.

A heartfelt thank you to Diocesan Girls' Junior School (DGJS) for so warmly welcoming and celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with the children from IBEL.

The joy, kindness, and camaraderie shared throughout the celebration created magical moments and meaningful memories. Moments like these help foster inclusion, friendship, cultural appreciation, and a sense of belonging.

We are deeply grateful to the students, teachers, and parents for their generosity, enthusiasm, and thoughtful hospitality. Thank you for making this Mid-Autumn Festival truly special for our children.

Anyone can hand a child an answer. It takes something more to teach them to ask a better question.

The teachers who shape us most are rarely the ones who simply told us what to think. They are the ones who taught us how to think, question, explore, and find our own way forward.
