東區聯校領袖生會(Eastern District Joint School Prefects' Association)
於1996年成立，希望以交流領袖生之經驗，把所得留待各校之領袖生作參考之用。
自2014年為止，JSPA已有東區7間學校支持，分別是
香港中國婦女會中學、
慈幼中學、
筲箕灣官立中學、
張振興伉儷書院、
嘉諾撒書院、
衛理中學、
和聖貞德中學。

JSPA幹事會每年選舉一次，幹事成員包括主席、副主席、文書、財政、宣傳、聯絡、康樂及常務幹事。

JSPA每年都舉辦各種活動，如聖誕燒烤晚會、領袖生交流會、歷奇訓練營等等，希望藉不同的活動，能給予各間學校之領袖生互相交流的機會，認識新朋友之餘，也能對各間學校訓導上的運作有更深入的了解。
