【青苗學界進步獎2025-26】現已接受提名！

在求學的旅程中，總有些學生默默耕耘，力求進步。即使課業和生活壓力沉重，他們仍滿懷熱誠堅持奮鬥，視每個困難為成長的機遇。這份從不退縮、屢屢超越自我的態度，正是「青苗學界進步獎」渴望嘉許的精神。

獎項現已接受提名，截止日期為9月11日。我們誠邀全港教師透過網上系統，推薦在學業或個人成長上進步顯著的中一至中六學生。

每位獲提名的同學均會成為「進步生」社群的一員，並獲邀參加一連串精彩活動，與理念相同的朋輩一同學習、成長。

On 18 June, the Foundation hosted a private screening of the Hong Kong film Dog Day Evening.

The film is written and directed by Mak Tin Shu, a 15th OSAr and a recipient of multiple Hong Kong Film Awards and a Golden Horse Award from Taiwan as well. This captivating project marks his brilliant directorial debut, and we were delighted to have around 80 OSArs and YASIA recipients join us for the screening.

Following the film, we enjoyed an inspiring sharing session by Mak Tin Shu and members of the principal cast, including lead actor Michael Ning. The night concluded with a lively cocktail reception, which provided the perfect opportunity to catch up before the summer and share our thoughts on the film with each other.

The Foundation remains committed to hosting more events that connect and strengthen the OSAr and YASIA communities.

We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Mak Tin Shu and the entire team, and we wish the movie every success!

青苗基金於6月18日特別舉辦了香港電影《一個部門的誕生》的私映會。

本片由第15屆 OSAr -- 麥天樞自編自導，他亦曾榮獲多屆香港電影金像獎及台灣金馬獎最佳編劇獎。這部作品正是他首部執導的電影長片，當晚成功吸引了約80位 OSAr 及 YASIA 得獎者出席支持，場面十分熱鬧。

放映結束後，麥天樞導演聯同多位主要演員，包括男主角白只，親臨現場與大家進行深度分享。隨後的酒會更讓大家在盛夏來臨前，有機會一邊敘舊，一邊熱烈交流觀影心得。

青苗基金未來將繼續舉辦更多豐富的活動，持續連繫並壯大 OSAr 與 YASIA 的社群網絡。

本年度主題為 「綻放」，寓意同學在追尋理想的路上，如同種子萌芽、逐漸成長為盛開的花朵。縱使途中滿佈挑戰與考驗，依然能夠突破泥土，綻放出屬於自己的獨特光彩。

我們很榮幸邀得 張柏鴻先生（Pak Hung） 擔任本屆頒獎典禮的主禮嘉賓。他分享了自己從小接觸跳繩，憑藉不懈堅持與滿腔熱誠，逐步邁向世界冠軍的心路歷程 🗣️ Pak Hung 勉勵各位同學要敢於嘗試、保持對夢想的熱情，尋找屬於自己的方向，活在當下，享受每一刻努力的過程。

🌱 The Youth Arch Student Improvement Award 2024-25 Award Ceremony was successfully held on May 30, 2026, at the Jockey Club Lecture Theatre in the Olympic House! 👏🏻

This year’s theme, "Blossom", symbolizes students on their journey toward their dreams—much like seeds sprouting and growing into full bloom. Even facing challenges and tests throughout the journey, they still break through the soil to shine with their own unique brilliance.

We were deeply honored to have Mr. Pak Hung Cheung as our Guest of Honor. He shared his inspiring journey of picking up rope jumping at a young age and, through relentless perseverance and great passion, working his way up to become a world champion. 🗣️ Pak Hung encouraged students to be brave in trying new things, keep their passion alive, find their own direction, live in the moment, and enjoy every bit of the hard work along the way.

Once again, congratulations to all the award-winning students who dared to push their limits and achieved remarkable progress! Your hard work and growth truly deserve our heartfelt praise and applause.

青苗基金一直致力於表揚一眾力求上進，突破自我的學生。在過去35年，已有超過22萬名學生獲嘉許成為進步生，加入進步生的大家庭。當中進步最顯著的同學，則會評選為當年的「青苗十大進步生」，自獎項設立以來，已有約 250 位同學獲獎。

而本年度共有10位同學獲選為「青苗十大進步生」。進步生們經歷各式各樣的挑戰，卻從未選擇放棄。他們在家人、師長及朋友的支持和鼓勵下努力不懈，積極面對困難，徹底貫徹「只要肯做，一定進步」的精神。

🎊 青苗學界進步獎 - 35週年 The 35th anniversary of the Youth Arch Student Improvement Award 🎊

The Youth Arch Foundation has always been committed to recognizing students who strive for progress and strive to break through their own limitations. Over the past 35 years, more than 220,000 students have been commended as “improvement students” and welcomed into the improvement student family. Among them, those who show the most significant improvement are selected as the "Youth Arch Top 10 Student Improvement Award" winners of the year—ever since the introduction of the award, around 250 exceptional students 🌟 have been honored with this prestigious title.

This year, 10 students have been chosen as the “Youth Arch Top 10 Improvement Students”. These students have faced various challenges and difficulties, yet they never chose to give up. With the support and encouragement of their families, teachers, and friends, they persevered with determination, faced obstacles proactively, and fully embodied the spirit of “As long as you are willing to put in the effort, you will definitely make progress”

我們衷心恭賀第十屆「香港傑出學生選舉」得獎者、前香港傑出學生協會會長（1995–1996）—— 蔣濛博士，近日獲委任美國西北大學校長。
這項卓越成就充分展現了他傑出的領導才能、堅定的奉獻精神，以及對學術界的重要貢獻。我們很榮幸能夠見證並慶祝這一重要里程碑，並衷心祝願他在新崗位上繼續取得成功。

We are delighted to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Mung Chiang — Winner of the 10th Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award and former President of HKOSA (1995–1996) — on his recent appointment as President of Northwestern University.

【香港傑出學生選舉2025–26評選營】

香港傑出學生選舉2025–26評選營已於4月25日至26日在香港基督教女青年會梁紹榮度假村圓滿舉行。衷心感謝所有候選生的積極參與。

在為期兩日一夜的評選營中，他們透過一系列挑戰和活動，充分展現了過人的才能、堅毅、創意與熱情；同時與隊友建立了默契和團隊精神，收穫寶貴的友誼，獲益良多。

是次評選營將選出約40多名候選生成為決選生，進入下一輪的遴選活動。在即將到來的暑假，他們將參與不同的「增潤計劃」，透過探索社區、職涯分享、技能訓練等多元活動，進一步拓闊視野，更深入了解本地社區。

再次感謝所有參與評選營的候選生，讓我們共同期待選舉的下一個精彩階段吧！

【Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award 2025–26 Assessment Camp】

The HKOSA 2025–26 Assessment Camp was successfully held on 25–26 April at the HKYWCA Sydney Leong Holiday Lodge. We sincerely thank all the candidates for their enthusiastic participation.

During the two-day camp, candidates demonstrated their talents, creativity, and resilience through various challenges. They also fostered teamwork, enhanced their problem-solving and communication skills, and formed lasting friendships.

Approximately 40+ candidates will be selected from this Assessment Camp to advance to the next stage as Finalists. During the upcoming summer holiday, they will participate in the “Enrichment Programme,” which includes activities such as social exploration, career sharing, and skill training to broaden their horizons and deepen their understanding of the community.

Thank you again to all participants, and we look forward to the next phase of this exciting journey!
