Hong Kong summers bring intense heat, thunderstorms and humidity.

Keep your participants, staff and yourself healthy, happy and safe this summer with these top tips.

Key considerations:
1. Create suitable plans before the session starts.
2. Adapt your activities - slow down and head to water.
3. Hydrate and keep cool.
4. Support your staff - They can be particularly vulnerable working long hours in the heat.
5. Recap heat stress signs and symptoms.

Prevention is better than cure.
