The Hong Kong Association of Art Therapists promotes the belief of the healing power of art in therapy in Hong Kong and Asia.

The Aims of HKAAT are to:

－ Promote and enhance the continued development of art therapy practice within Hong Kong based upon professional standards
－ Promote the exchange of knowledge between art therapists, helping professionals and mental health practitioners in Hong Kong.
－ Conduct lectures, workshops and seminars in art therapy for those whom might benefit.
－ Develop training opportunities f

or potential art therapists.
－ Offer staff development training through art therapy for mental health institutions and schools in Hong Kong.
－ Continue to establish links in art therapy between practitioners in Hong Kong and those throughout Southeast Asia as well as throughout the world.
－ Develop a partnership between The Hong Kong Association of Art Therapists and other established art therapy associations.

香港藝術治療師協會的目標：

－根據專業標準推廣及促進藝術治療工作在香港的發展。
－推廣藝術治療師、從事助人專業的人士，和從事精神健康工作的人員之間的知識交流。
－為可從中有所裨益的人士舉辦講座、工作坊及研討會。

Art therapy is a practice that beautifully bridges ART & SCIENCE. 🎨🧠

Most people are familiar with the art part — the colours, the symbols, the creative process.
But what about the science behind it?

For this year’s HKAAT AGM & Seminar, we are honored to welcome Dr. Juliet L. King, a leader in art therapy & neuroscience, to explore how art therapy can be translated into the language of the brain.

Grounded in cognitive science and neurobiology, Dr. King will map key brain-based principles onto the core mechanisms of change in art therapy — from symbolic expression to sensory-motor engagement and relational attunement.

HKAAT 很高興有機會與澳大拉西亞太平洋遊戲治療協會（APPTA）向香港遊戲治療同工分享藝術治療實務經驗。

對 HKAAT 而言，專業交流從來不只是分享技巧或案例，而是一種彼此學習、互相啟發、共同反思的過程。

藝術治療與遊戲治療雖然路徑不同，但都同樣重視關係、表達、連結與修復；當我們願意跨越專業框架，真誠交換臨床經驗與在地實踐智慧，就能一起把更細緻、更貼近社群需要的支持帶到孩子、家庭與社區當中。

最後，無論界限是地域、語言，還是專業範疇，HKAAT 都深信：只要我們有共同支持社群的初心，知識交流就能成為連結彼此的重要橋樑。

感恩這次分享，也期待未來有更多跨專業、跨地域的對話與同行。

第三屆「2026 香港創意藝術治療月」將於 6 月 6 至 12 日隆重舉行。今年以「內耗也可安好」為主題，由五個本地創意藝術治療專業協會合辦，匯聚藝術治療、舞蹈動作治療、表達藝術治療、音樂治療及戲劇治療的專業力量，攜手推動本地專業發展與跨界合作。

創意藝術治療在香港發展多年，服務對象廣泛，涵蓋兒童、青少年、成人及長者，並延伸至教育、醫療及社區等不同領域，持續回應社會多元的身心需要。

在專業創意藝術治療師的帶領下，透過多元藝術媒介，於安心與支持的空間中探索自我、連結身心、回應情緒需要，發掘內在資源。

誠邀你一同參與，以藝術回應內在，感受療癒與連結的力量。

Hong Kong Creative Arts Therapies Month 2026 will be held from 6–12 June under the theme “It’s OK Not to Be OK.” Co-organized by five local professional creative arts therapy associations, the event brings together the fields of Art Therapy, Dance Movement Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Music Therapy, and Drama Therapy to foster professional development and cross-sector collaboration in Hong Kong.

Through diverse artistic modalities, participants are invited to explore themselves, reconnect with mind and body, respond to emotional needs, and discover inner resources within a safe and supportive space. Join us in responding to your inner world through art and experiencing the power of healing and connection.

「內耗，也可以安好 / It’s OK Not to Be OK」

一年一度由本地五個專業創意藝術治療師協會合辦的「香港創意藝術治療月」💫，將於 2026 年 6 月 6 日至 12 日舉行。

今年以「內耗」為主題，我們希望透過不同藝術媒介，跨越語言的限制，在創作中照顧自己，讓內在感受得以慢慢浮現，身心逐漸鬆開。

活動包括 6 月 6 日的開幕典禮、座談會暨工作坊，以及 6 月 8 至 12 日的一系列創意工作坊。內容涵蓋表達藝術治療、藝術治療、戲劇治療、音樂治療及舞蹈動作治療，為在急速生活節奏中容易感到疲憊與消耗的你，提供一個慢下來、重新與自己連結的空間。
