Rally a team (or go solo) and see how far you can go! Because every step you take and every dollar you raise brings vital support to children in need and young girls in crisis.

To celebrate our upcoming 40th anniversary, we're challenging you to go further with us. Help us reach 80,000 kilometres and raise HK$2 million.

Suzanne 最初踏出這一步，只想幫助一個年輕家庭，收穫的溫暖卻遠比想像中多。

作為 「家友媽咪」的義工，她遇上了一班志同道合的夥伴：在年輕媽媽最需要力量的時候，給予陪伴、鼓勵與支持，讓她們重拾信心撫養孩子成長。

正如Suzanne所分享：「能夠陪伴媽媽與孩子一同成長，見證生命的改變，是一份無比珍貴的禮物。」

Suzanne stepped forward to walk alongside a young family. What she didn't expect was how much she would receive in return.

As a Safe Families volunteer, she connected with people brought together by the same mission: giving a young mother the support, encouragement, and confidence to raise her child.

攜手社區夥伴，守護孩子健康💞

自今年6月起，我們感恩獲 港安醫院慈善基金（司徒拔道）的支持，參與其「RSV呼吸道合胞病毒預防性抗體注射計劃」，為幼兒之家24個月以下的孩子安排接受抗體注射，送上一份重要而窩心的保護。

呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）傳染性高，感染後有機會引致嚴重呼吸道疾病。預防性抗體能大幅降低嬰幼兒感染後出現重症及需要住院的風險。

衷心感謝港安醫院慈善基金 – 司徒拔道對孩子的關愛，與我們同行，支持孩子健康成長。

Since June, we’ve been grateful for the support of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation – Stubbs Road through its ‘RSV Preventive Antibody Injection Program’. Through the initiative, children under 24 months old in our Child Care Home can receive preventive antibody injections, giving them an important extra layer of protection.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is highly contagious and can lead to serious lower respiratory tract diseases. These preventative antibodies can significantly lower the risk of severe illness and hospitalisation following infection in toddlers.

Our heartfelt thanks to the team for caring for our little ones and walking alongside us to support their healthy growth.

At 23, Kate became a mum with no partner, no friends and no family to lean on. Imagine those first exhausting weeks of parenthood, with no one to call.

Safe Families volunteers Angela and Cadence stepped in, giving Kate the support she needed to keep going and raise her child.

寶寶百日宴本是親友圍坐一桌慶祝、輪流抱著寶寶的的溫馨日子。然而，一位19歲的年輕媽媽卻孤身一人，沒有父母可以傾訴，也沒有長輩幫忙做飯。

幸好，我們的「家友媽咪」義工 Suzanne 與幾位夥伴決定成為她的後盾，為她和寶寶舉辦了一場溫馨的慶祝會。

沒有年輕媽媽應該孤軍奮戰。「母親的抉擇」透過「家友媽咪」計劃，致力建立一個充滿愛的社群支援網絡，為孤立無援的新手家長送上力量與支援，裝備他們重拾撫養孩子的信心與能力。

A baby's 100th day is usually filled with laughter around a table, food passed hand to hand, and everyone taking turns holding the baby. But one 19-year-old young mum had no one. No parents to call, no family to cook.

She was going to let the day pass like any other.

Safe Families volunteer Suzanne, and a few others, decided to step in and hold a celebration for her.

No young mother should face parenthood alone. Mother’s Choice Safe Families builds a community circle of support, giving isolated young mothers the strength, relief, and capacity to raise their children.

他們的分享啟發了在場的領養父母，讓大家能以領養者的角度，理解孩子的內心需要和感受及與家長討論領養。

Peggy and Luke are two adult adoptees, Luke through Mother’s Choice. They recently shared their stories at our ‘Telling of Adoption I: Lifebook Making’ workshop, on the joys, the confusion, the searching, and the gratitude they've carried along the way. 📖
