【家安離島‧ 免費派發便攜式滅火筒計劃】
"Islands Home Safety" – Community Free Distribution of Portable Fire Extinguishers
消防安全不容忽視，為保障離島居民家居安全，提升防火安全意識，新社聯離島地區委員會特舉辦此計劃。透過向居民派發經香港消防處認證的 「便攜式滅火筒」 ，提供處理家居初級火警的即時滅火工具，從而強化社區整體防災能力。
登記及換領細則：
1. 本計劃只限離島區居民登記
2. 每個離島區地址只可登記領取一支
3. 登記時可選擇自取或者要求派送上門（只限行動不便的長者戶）
4. 登記時請留正確地址，我們將會寄出換領信
5. 滅火筒的派發時間及地點將在換領信中註明，請按換領信所示前往領取
6. 領取時須攜帶換領信正本
7. 名額有限，派完即止
8. 解釋權由主辦方所有
9.領取地點可選擇「永安街46號地下薈愛社辦事處」

Project Objectives:
To enhance the home fire safety awareness of residents in the Islands District, our committee is organizing this program. By distributing small portable fire extinguishers (portable water-based fire extinguishers) certified by the Hong Kong Fire Services Department, we aim to provide residents with immediate firefighting tools for handling early-stage domestic fires, thereby strengthening the overall disaster prevention capability of the community.
Terms and Conditions:
1.This program is exclusive to Islands District residents only.
2.Each residential address in the Islands District is eligible to register for one unit only.
3.During registration, you may choose self-collection or request home delivery (limited to elderly households with mobility difficulties only).
4.Please provide a correct mailing address during registration, as a Redemption Letter will be sent to you by post.
5.The distribution date, time, and location will be specified in the Redemption Letter. Please follow the instructions therein to collect the item.
6.You must present the original Redemption Letter upon collection.
7.Quotas are limited and available while stocks last.
8.The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
