关于傅磊先生（Mr. Akdov Fu）

傅磊先生现任深圳市魔方卫星科技有限公司（MagicCubeSat)高级市场主管，是中国新太空领域快速崛起的产业化力量之一。

他在航天领域具有五年经验，熟悉卫星分系统与微小卫星平台（Bus），并凭藉早年在金融行业的背景，形成兼具技术理解与商业视角的跨界能力，能够从市场、投资与产业链角度解读新太空发展。

在公司创始人兼董事长丁强强的带领下，魔方卫星以「打造人人都用得起的卫星」为使命，形成了具有深圳特色的工业化、规模化、供应链深度整合的卫星制造模式。

魔方卫星是「天目一号」气象星座的共同研制方之一，该星座由约 50–70 公斤级的微小气象卫星组成，目前已有 22 颗在轨运行，提供商业气象数据服务。公司更以 10 天 12 星的发射纪录，展示其真正的批量化卫星生产能力。

𝗠𝗿. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗭𝗵𝗼𝘂 (周伯陽先生) is the founder of 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗭𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗵, a Hong Kong–based 𝗔𝗜‑𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 developing 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 for next‑generation 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. His work focuses on enabling satellites and orbital networks to operate as 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀.

Brian graduated from the 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 (𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗔𝗦) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Before founding Space Zenith, he served as 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, a commercial aerospace enterprise spun out of AIRCAS that builds satellites and delivers global 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗢) data services.

Note: 𝗘𝗢 refers to 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲‑𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵’𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, the foundation of climate monitoring, disaster response, and geospatial intelligence.

At AIRSAT, Brian led 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, working on 𝗘𝗢 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲‑𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. This frontline experience exposed him to the sector’s biggest bottleneck: 𝗘𝗢 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸.

This is why Brian now focuses on 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 + 𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲. His vision is to connect Chinese and international partners through an 𝗔𝗜‑𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 where satellites can 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁, enabling real‑time Earth Intelligence. 張教授現任 OASA（創星滙）名譽首席科學家，將為大家講解軌道數據基礎設施（Orbital Data Infrastructure）的最新發展與全球趨勢。

自 2024 年 10 月他上次分享後，全球格局已出現重大變化：

• 歐洲已確認太空數據中心的可行性，並證實其環境效益，同時正準備於 2026 年展開首次軌道組裝任務。
• SpaceX亦正式加入競爭，於 2026 年初提交百萬衛星「Orbital Data Center System」計劃，衛星運行高度 500–2,000 公里，並以高速光鏈路與太陽能驅動。

隨著歐洲邁向落地實施，而 SpaceX 提出全球最大軌道運算網絡，全球已從「概念」正式進入「競爭」階段，使張教授的回歸尤其重要。

👨‍🏫 講者簡介

張教授於美國受教育，早年在史丹福大學參與 NASA 資助的 Gravity Probe‑B 衛星計劃，擔任研究科學家。其後於矽谷兩家主要醫療科技公司從事放射治療系統研發，擁有多項美國專利，並著有兩本微波技術專書。

他曾在香港工作十年，擔任 HKPC（香港生產力促進局）電子部總經理，其後出任某消費電子企業執行副總裁。

2020–2023 年期間，他亦擔任香港大學物理系太空科學碩士課程兼任教授。

Dr. Anthony Neoh is a senior member of the Hong Kong Bar specialising in international litigation, arbitration, and financial regulatory matters. He served as Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) from 1995–1998, during which he became the first Asian elected Chairman of the Technical Committee of IOSCO, the International Organization of Securities Commissions.

Dr. Neoh was the chief architect of the legal structure enabling the listing of Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Chief Advisor to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, at the personal invitation of former Premier Zhu Rongji. His distinguished public service also includes his role as Chairman of the Hong Kong Independent Police Complaints Council (2018–2021).

He continues to hold pivotal roles, including Member of the HKMA Preparatory Committee for the Finance Academy and Co‑Chairman of The China Securitization Forum. He also serves as Chairman of the South China International Arbitration Center (HK).

Dr. Neoh’s profound expertise in cross‑border legal and regulatory frameworks brings an invaluable perspective to the discussion on arbitration and regulatory governance in the newspace era.

𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 has validated the 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 of space‑based data centres, confirmed their 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀, and begun preparing for the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻‑𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 launching in 2026. At the same time, 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗫 has entered the race, filing in early 2026 for a 𝗼𝗻𝗲‑𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻‑𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 “𝗢𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺”, designed to operate between 𝟱𝟬𝟬–𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗸𝗺, powered by 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵‑𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 and 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆. With Europe moving toward 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and SpaceX proposing the world’s largest 𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, the transition from 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is now unmistakable — making Prof. Cheung’s return to 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗕𝗶𝘇 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀 both timely and essential.

Educated in the U.S., Prof. Cheung began his career as a research scientist at a 𝗡𝗔𝗦𝗔‑𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗲‑𝗕 satellite programme at 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. He later worked in two major 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 specialising in 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. He holds several 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 related to X‑rays and is the author of two books on 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆.

Prof. Cheung has previously worked in Hong Kong for 10 years. He was 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 HKPC - Hong Kong Productivity Council — and later served as 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 of a consumer electronics company.

He also served as 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 for the MSc programme in 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴 from 2020 to 2023.

This recognition elevates #𝗦𝗗𝗦𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 onto the region’s premier astronomy and space‑science stage, underscoring the growing global importance of orbital sustainability, debris mitigation, and responsible space operations.

As part of this endorsement, 𝗦𝗗𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 will be integrated directly into the 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮‑𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗔𝗨 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗠) 🔭— the largest astronomy conference in the Asia‑Pacific, organised under the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗔𝗨) and hosted by the 𝗛𝗞𝗨 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 (𝗟𝗦𝗥). From 𝟰–𝟴 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, APRIM will bring hundreds of astronomers, engineers, and space‑science leaders to the 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 (𝗛𝗞𝗖𝗘𝗖) — and 𝗦𝗗𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 will now stand as a major, institutionally recognised component of the programme.

Supported by 𝗜𝗔𝗔, 𝗨𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗔, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗣𝗙𝗟, 𝗦𝗗𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 will convene at HKCEC alongside APRIM’s scientific tracks, providing an expanded, internationally credible platform for researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders shaping the future of sustainable space activity.

To enable broader participation, the 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
