New Generation Nurture Fund 公眾假期休息

新世代培育基金並於2021年成立的慈善機構。創辦人為梁海明、蔣麗芸伉儷。創辦的信念是：「一代人培育下一代人是生命的天職。」

基金成立目的主要是協助培育新世代生涯規劃發展的準備，培養好正向思維，認識個人潛能及為社會未來所需而作好充分就業裝備，令生活過得充實，成為對國家、對社會有貢獻的人。

基金成立以來，於內地及香港為有需要的大學、職業專修及中學生提供助學金，贊助不同機構主辦的新世代培育項目，例如:資助關愛兒童生命工程、青少年運動項目、學習創新科技等等。除此之外，基金亦為弱勢家庭的孩子提供特別援助。
