本會致力幫助香港市民提高對水質的認識和知識，與此同時本會希望正視及解決香港水質污染的問題
HKWQA 願景
透過不同的工作坊提高香港市民對水質的認識，並定期舉辦水質驗水師資格課程及考核，收集各區驗水報告以整理香港水質問題，向政府水務署反映並通過可持續技術和服務提升水質
