Updates on ICCR 2026
International Conference of Chinese Rheumatologists (ICCR) 2026 is pleased to share key updates for our upcoming conference, taking place 28–29 November 2026 at Cordis, Hong Kong.
To support global participation and research submission, several key enhancements have been introduced:
• Extended Abstract Submission Deadline: The submission portal will now remain open until 20 September 2026.
• Complimentary Registration: Free conference registration is extended to abstract submitters.
• Expanded Overseas Travel Bursaries: Travel grants have increased for international participants
Travel Bursary Benefits:
• Accommodation: 2 nights of single-occupancy hotel accommodation at a designated hotel.
• Flight Reimbursement:
o US$ 500 for flight durations under 5 hours.
o US$ 700 for flight durations of 5 hours or longer, or itineraries requiring multiple connections.

Highlights of our SLE event on 9 July 2026:
The Hong Kong Society of Rheumatology was delighted to co-organise an educational symposium titled “A New Era for SLE and Lupus Nephritis: Optimising Long-Term Outcomes Through Early Intervention” on 9 July 2026.

The event was very well attended by rheumatologists, nephrologists and paediatricians, reflecting the strong multidisciplinary commitment to improving care for patients with SLE and lupus nephritis.

We extend our sincere thanks to all speakers, chairpersons and participants for their insightful contributions and continued dedication to advancing patient outcomes.
