Introducing our second partner of this year’s Youth Summit - HKFYG Centre for Creative Science and Technology!

With the support of the Innovation and Technology Commission, the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups established the Centre for Creative Science and Technology in 2009. Over the years, the centre has been dedicated to providing a one-stop STEAM learning platform for primary and secondary school students, teachers, and parents, integrating exploration, research, and hands-on experience with science and technology. The centre’s instructor team has extensive experience in STEAM education, with university degrees in life sciences, chemistry, physics, engineering, and related disciplines. Some instructors also hold postgraduate qualifications.
The core values of the HKFYG Centre for Creative Science and Technology include inspiring creative thinking and a spirit of exploration, nurturing well-rounded young talents, and encouraging young people to use their innovation and technology capabilities to give back to society. The centre encourages participants to engage in continuous inquiry and to equip themselves with future skills through hands-on learning and self-directed exploration.

在創新科技署的支持下，香港青年協會於2009年成立創新科學中心，多年來致力為中小學生、教師及家長提供一個集探索、研究及體驗科學與科技的一站式STEAM學習平台。本中心的導師團隊擁有多年STEAM教學經驗，大學主修與生命科學、化學、物理及工程等相關學科，部分導師更擁有研究院資歷。
香港青年協會創新科學中心的核心價值包括啟發創意思維及探索精神、培育全人發展的青年人才，以及推動青年以創科能力回饋社會。本中心鼓勵參加者持續探究，並透過動手體驗及自主學習來裝備未來技能。
