✨支持環保回收｜認識智能廚餘回收機✨

好多街坊平時都會產生廚餘，唔知大家有冇用過智能廚餘回收機呢？

同普通廚餘回收箱唔同，智能機除咗收集廚餘，街坊投放廚餘仲可以儲積分，積分可以兌換禮物🎁，亦都可以監察回收數據，減少異味、蟲鼠問題，衛生情況更加好。

📍現時中西區已經有智能廚餘機地點：
✅西營盤街市
✅上環街市

嚟緊立法會議員陳家珮 Judy Chan以及新民黨中西區團隊將會喺唔同層面繼續爭取擴展，喺更多地點增設：
🔹石塘咀街市
🔹士美非路街市

同時亦建議研究將智能廚餘機擴展到區內合適嘅地方，令更多街坊可以就近參與廚餘回收♻️

今次影片會實際示範點樣使用呢啲智能回收機，亦都講解我哋未來會爭取更多回收點，齊齊推動廚餘回收，一起保護環境🌱

Many of us generate food waste at home. Have you tried the smart food waste recycling machines?

Unlike ordinary food waste bins, these smart machines collect food waste and let residents earn reward points redeemable for gifts. They also track recycling data, cut down odour and pest issues, and offer better hygiene.

早前，首屆亞太地區iGEMer及青年合成生物學愛好者交流大會於香港大學順利舉辦。本次大會吸引來自亞洲、歐洲、拉丁美洲近700名與會者參加，雲集清華大學、北京大學、復旦大學、香港中文大學等高校，以及中國人民大學附屬中學、香港培正中學等中學組成的65支代表隊。各隊伍分享展示iGEM及合成生物學相關競賽參賽成果，並與學術界、產業界專家及行業先驅深入交流碰撞，迸發創新靈感。

我有幸獲邀擔任本次大會主禮嘉賓，向與會青年介紹大灣區最新的青年創業環境，分享自身青年時期投身科技創新事業的經歷，同時呼籲投身合成生物學創新的青年朋友緊扣產業發展脈絡，在長期創新探索中挖掘自身無限潛能。

The first Asia-Pacific iGEMer and Youth Synthetic Biology Exchange Conference was held at HKU recently. Nearly 700 attendees from Asia, Europe and Latin America took part, with 65 teams from top universities and secondary schools presenting their iGEM and synthetic biology projects. They exchanged ideas with academics and industry professionals to inspire innovation.

I was invited as an officiating guest. I talked about the Greater Bay Area’s youth innovation environment, shared my early experience in tech innovation, and urged young innovators to keep pace with community and industrial development, and unlock their full potential through long-term innovative work.

大學關愛隊於上周末舉辦樂齡主題考察團👴🏼🧓🏻，組織區內退休專業人士前往深圳光明、廣州南沙開展跨城實地調研交流活動。短短兩天但行程豐富充實🤩，先後走訪兩地重點醫療機構🏥🩺、現代化安老院舍，了解內地成熟的長者照護體系、專業康復配套設施建設及養老服務營運管理經驗。與此同時，我們參觀當地藝術博物館🎭🎨以及新能源汽車科技展示館🚘🚙，了解大灣區的最新發展！

The University‑District Care Team recently organised a senior‑themed study tour, bringing local retired professionals on a two‑day cross‑border field research trip to Guangming in Shenzhen and Nansha in Guangzhou. Despite the tight schedule, the programme was rich and rewarding. Delegates visited key medical institutions and modern elderly care facilities in both locations to learn about mainland China’s well‑established elderly‑care system, professional rehabilitation infrastructure and operational management practices for senior services. The group also toured local art museums and new‑energy vehicle exhibition centres to gain insights into the latest developments across the Greater Bay Area.

🤚🤚最近我們針對居民常見頸肩、腰背、脊椎酸痛等困擾，🩺🩺📄📄在半山社區開展中醫骨傷義診活動，現場為居民做身體評估、脊椎調理，同時普及筋骨日常保養知識💕💕。將便民健康服務帶到社區，關顧街坊的身體健康。❤️❤️

Recently we held a free TCM orthopaedic clinic in Mid‑Levels. Targeting residents’ frequent neck‑shoulder, lower‑back and spinal pain, we provided on‑site physical assessments and spinal adjustments, and shared practical knowledge on musculoskeletal maintenance. The initiative brings accessible healthcare services to the community and supports residents’ health.

❤️上週末大學區關愛隊街站順利舉行！除了為西半山街坊提供舊衣回收👖🧣、免費量血壓服務🩸 🩸，顧及部分半山居民行動不便，我與義工們亦安排上門回收。今次亦感謝港大的學弟妹參與義工服務，當中護理系的學妹們更負責為街坊測量血壓服務🌹🌹💕

The University District Care Team ran a successful street booth last weekend. We offered second-hand clothing recycling and free blood pressure screenings for Mid-Levels West residents. Home collection was arranged for residents with mobility difficulties. Many HKU students volunteered, with nursing students helping residents measure their blood pressure.

全民健康協會早前舉辦「創意心靈：年輕創新者的STEAM之旅嘉年華」。現場節目包羅萬有：AI體驗、VR探月工作坊、親子互動環節、創科展覽、學生創新比賽，仲有蘇慧教授帶來「天韻相機」專題分享，一站式讓大小朋友親身感受科研樂趣。

一眾青年透過各類科普實務體驗，將好奇心化作推動城市發展嘅動力。現場亦提到特區政府大力推動科普發展，由STEM拓展至STEAM，重點布局人工智能、生命健康、微電子、航天科技多個核心產業，目標打造香港成為國際創科中心。

創科浪潮先至剛剛起步，期望未來有更多資源扶持年輕創新人才，讓創科文化落地社區，鼓勵新一代投身創科，為香港開拓更多新機遇！

Health for Community Association recently held the "Creative Minds: A STEAM Journey for Young Innovators" Carnival. Highlights included AI trials, VR moon workshops, parent-child activities, tech displays, student contests, and a special talk "Sky Rhythm Camera" by Professor Su Hui.

Young attendees gained hands-on science experience and turned curiosity into motivation for progress. The HKSAR Government actively promotes STEAM education, focusing on AI, life sciences, microelectronics and aerospace to build Hong Kong into an international innovation hub.

As the tech boom is just starting, we hope more support for young innovators to spread tech culture across communities and create new prospects for Hong Kong.

📡📡直擊文武廟官方人員拆解「offer god」之謎🛜🛜

平時大家認識我，多數因為我服務中西區、從事創科和青年相關嘅工作；但其實我由細到大都鍾意歷史🎊，平日一有空就會係中西區一帶帶導賞團，同居民、青年朋友講解呢區嘅古蹟同人文故事。🐲⛪️🕌

今次我就和Judy同大家走進荷李活道嘅文武廟——最近唔少年輕人同遊客專程嚟拜「Offer God」，🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻求學求職討個好意頭，係城中人氣打卡點。但好多人未必知道，呢座鬧市中的廟宇，唔止係求願聖地，更加係香港開埠早期最具代表性嘅中式廟宇之一🐉🐉，早於1847年前後落成，2010年就被列為法定古蹟，見證住中西區百年來嘅發展變遷。😉

今次好榮幸邀請到負責管理文武廟嘅東華三院代表，同大家深入拆解呢座古蹟嘅歷史源流、建築細節同埋保育故事。由當年華人社群議事仲裁嘅精神寄託，到今日成為中外遊客認識香港文化嘅窗口，文武廟承載住嘅，遠比塔香與香火背後嘅願望更多。

每次帶導賞團我都會講，香港嘅歷史從來唔只係博物館嘅展品，而係匿藏係大街小巷嘅古蹟入面。希望呢條片可以令大家重新認識呢座熟悉又陌生嘅廟宇，發掘中西區更多被忽略嘅文化細節。

早前大學區關愛隊聯同正街關愛隊，與香港盲人輔導會攜手合作，舉辦了父親節免費肩頸推拿活動。由視障朋友親身上陣，用熟練的手藝為一眾街坊放鬆肩頸、紓解疲勞。😎🖐🏻

🌹💕一推一揉之間，不只是筋骨的放鬆，更是社區裡最真摯的溫暖。感謝所有參與的視障師傅與工作夥伴，也謝謝街坊們的熱烈支持。🎊🎊

Earlier, the University District and Centre Street Care Teams partnered with the Hong Kong Society for the Blind to host a free shoulder & neck massage event for Father’s Day.

Visually impaired therapists used their skilled hands to help local residents ease tension and fatigue.

More than physical relaxation, the event brought sincere warmth to the community. Thank you to all therapists, partners and residents for your support.
