代代有偈傾 Conversation x Generation

代代有偈傾 Conversation x Generation 城市青年商會2022年推出全新社會發展工作計劃「代代有偈傾」，並將針對性處理香港社會普遍的跨 代溝通隔膜，成就落實跨代共融文化及風氣，傳承文化歷史並修補世代裂縫。

本港人口持續高齡化，2039年長者將會佔總人口達33.3%，長者精神健康指數更由2016年度開始每況 愈下，至2020年這5年間合共下降了35%。團隊相信，跨代之間的成長背景、價值觀、溝通表達方式 均大相逕庭，在建立彼此人際關係間容易出現誤解及阻礙，因此活動旨在訓練受眾實踐跨代溝通，使社 會聯繫變得更多樣及靈活。
