New Free CPD: Briefing session for Bonus Plot Ratio Pilot Scheme and Cross-district Transfer of Plot Ratio Scheme

To give stronger policy push to incentive private redevelopment projects, the Government announced two innovative measures in the Policy Address last year, namely the Bonus Plot Ratio Pilot Scheme (Pilot Scheme) and the cross-district transfer of plot ratio arrangement. A Joint Practice Note on the Pilot Scheme was issued by the Planning Department, Lands Department and Buildings Department on 19 August 2026, and a revised Town Planning Board Guidelines on the cross-district transfer of plot ratio was issued on 21 August 2026.

GPD has invited representatives from DEVB, PlanD and LandsD to brief us on the two newly introduced urban renewal initiatives.
