Every unfurling leaf, every birdsong at dawn, every rise and fall of the tide — these are verses Earth has been writing for billions of years.
When a single species quietly disappears, the world loses a line of poetry that can never be rewritten.
Today, the 22nd of May, marks the International Day for Biological Diversity.
May we learn to listen, to revere, and to leave room for all living beings amidst our pursuit of progress.

4月18日下午，聶竹莉理事長受邀出席了主題為“平行實驗室 4：投資教育與健康飲食，賦能青年未來”的深度對話。聶理事長與前聯合國教科文組織總幹事 Irina Bokova、Climate-KIC 首席執行官 Kirsten Dunlop、前澳大利亞外交官 Paul Myler、前英國常駐聯合國代表 Sir Matthew Rycroft、海南亞洲公益研究院自然受益研究中心主任朱春全以及雲南龍生茶業副總經理朱光美等多位來自國際組織、外交界及產業界的重磅嘉賓同台。

On the afternoon of April 18, Chairperson Julie Nie was invited to participate in a high-level dialogue titled "Parallel Lab 4 | Powering Youth Opportunity Through Investments in Education and Healthy Food Systems."
Chairperson Julie Nie shared the stage with a distinguished panel of heavyweights from international organizations, diplomacy, and industry. The panel included Irina Bokova, Former Director-General of UNESCO;Kirsten Dunlop, CEO of Climate-KIC; Paul Myler, Former Australian Diplomat; Sir Matthew Rycroft, Former UK Permanent Representative to the UN; Zhu Chunquan, Director of the Nature Positive Research Center at the Hainan Asia Philanthropy Institute; Zhu Guangmei, Deputy General Manager of Yunnan Longsheng Tea Industry.
During the dialogue, the speakers focused on the core objective of translating current global momentum into tangible results. They engaged in deep discussions regarding the critical commitments leaders must make in the lead-up to COP31, with a particular emphasis on the increasingly vital role of philanthropy as a catalyst in the climate sector. Together, they explored breakthroughs to unlock greater investment in nature-based solutions.

4月18日早上，Treelion Foundation 理事長聶竹莉女士受邀出席 2026 合一國際論壇暨文化節，在 "天人合一：氣候韌性時代的自然迴響" 主題論壇中擔任核心對談嘉賓。
本次論壇與聶竹莉理事長同台對談的嘉賓包括：曹寶記（TPC）主席、音昱創始人曹慰德先生，阿拉善 SEE 生態協會會長劉明達先生，西澳大利亞州鯊魚灣瑪爾加納族傳統守護者 Michael Wear 先生，以及海南亞洲公益研究院自然受益研究中心主任朱春全先生。
會上，聶竹莉理事長結合億利深耕荒漠化治理數十年的全球範式經驗，深入解答了 "如何通過長遠願景與科技創新協同，將單一生態保護轉化為具備自我造血能力的再生模型" 這一行業核心問題，並就 "中國治沙經驗如何轉化為全球可持續發展的東西方橋樑" 發表深度觀點，呼籲全球各界凝聚共識，共同推進全球生態修復事業。

On the morning of April 18, Ms. Julie Nie, Chairperson of the Treelion Foundation, was invited to attend TheWell-Being Economic Forum 2026. Ms. Nie served as a core panelist in the theme forum titled "Unity of Humanity and Nature: A Response in an Era of Climate Resilience."
Guest speakers participating in the panel dialogue alongside Chairperson Julie Nie at this forum include Mr. Fred Tsao, Chairman of TPC and Founder of OCTAVE; Mr. Liu Mingda, President of SEE Conservation; Mr. Michael Wear, Malgana Traditional Custodian of Shark Bay, Western Australia; and Mr. Zhu Chunquan, Director of the Nature Positive Research Center at the Hainan Asia Philanthropy Institute..
During the session, drawing upon Elion Group’s decades of global paradigm experience in desertification control, Ms. Nie provided in-depth insights into the core industry challenge of "how to transform isolated ecological protection into a self-sustaining regenerative model through the synergy of long-term vision and technological innovation." Ms. Nie also shared profound perspectives on "how China’s experience in sand control can serve as an East-West bridge for global sustainable development," calling for a global consensus to jointly advance the cause of global ecological restoration.
