Grateful to have collaborated with ceramic artist Rosanna Lee on “Ripples of Sound” at Graham Hall, exploring how sound can be seen, touched, and shared through art. From community engagement with ethnic minority families to celebrating Hong Kong’s cultural stories through ceramics, the exhibition was a beautiful fusion of music, craft, and connection.

Thank you, Ritzy Hong Kong, for featuring May Yeung, Founder of Art of MY Family. Launched in 2024, the Ripples of Sound Programme supports underprivileged and hearing‑impaired families, opening up meaningful access to the arts. Because true inclusion means reimagining how music can be experienced by all.

🎙 1st Mandarin Interview × Cultural Exchange Moments

Grateful to 劉明正 for inviting me & VTC Youth College student Alson to our very first Mandarin interview on RTHK《上·港上線啦》 ✨ It was a wonderful experience promoting cultural exchange between Hong Kong & Shanghai through the programme.

Within the same quarter, I was also delighted to be interviewed by 鄭敏兒 on《普出校園精彩》together with VTC Youth College student Sunny, sharing the joy of Ripples of the Sound Programme with primary school students 🎨💛

So thankful for these meaningful conversations & connections. 七夕情人節快樂 🌸💕

A heartfelt thank you to The Mills 南豐紗廠 CHAT for hosting accessible tours in Dec 2025 for the young adults with mental disabilities from HOHCS IVRS. They thoroughly enjoyed exploring the rich history of Hong Kong’s textile industry.

With sign language support, the tours promoted meaningful PHAB (physically handicapped and able-bodied) integration. We look forward to collaborating with The Mills CHAT again soon.

In early 2026, Art of MY Family hosted a community puzzle workshop, bringing creativity and connection together as families drew dinosaurs set within a vibrant Central landscape.

Held at The Hall on Graham Street and serving families from St. James’ Settlement Uncle James Child Development Centre, the session was warmly supported by student assistant tutors from Boston College and VTC Youth College (Tin Shui Wai).

The workshop and the guided tour sparked imagination, strengthened collaboration and promoted teamwork across generations within the community.

🎉 Happy Lunar New Year! A massive appreciation to the Urban Renewal Authority for inviting Art of MY Family to host the Ripples of Sound Exhibition, the first showcase at the revitalised 23 Peel Street! We’re thrilled to make music visible through sight and sound, thanks to our generous sponsors, KEF and Nanoleaf, who provided speakers and light panels to complement the incredible 2m high drawing created by children from the Lutheran School for the Deaf.

A big shoutout to renowned ceramic artist Rosanna, painter Eric, and local photographer Mark for showcasing their incredible works at the exhibition. Grateful thanks also to Sunny and Christine for their outstanding performance. A heartfelt acknowledgement to our esteemed guests, including Professor Herman Hu from Friday Culture and Professor Raymond Choy from Asia Pacific Creativity Industries Association, for joining us at our cosy opening. Here’s to celebrating creativity and community! 🌟
