因應熱帶氣旋「紅霞」可能影響本港，請留意本中心以下安排：

In view of the possible impact of Tropical Cyclone Noul on Hong Kong, please note the following arrangements:

🔴 星期一如發出紅色暴雨警告信號
本中心照常開放及提供服務。

🔴 If the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force on Monday
The Centre will remain open and services will operate as normal.

⚫🌀 星期一如懸掛黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號
✅ 中心暫停開放，所有活動及服務取消。
✅ 警告信號除下後，中心將於安全情況下兩小時內陸續恢復開放。

⚫🌀 If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in force on Monday
✅ The Centre will be temporarily closed and all activities and services will be cancelled.
✅ The Centre will reopen within 2 hours after the warning signal is cancelled when conditions are safe.

⚠️ 因應各區可能出現嚴重水浸、塌樹或其他惡劣天氣情況，即使警告信號改發為較低級別，亦請各位留意最新天氣消息及自身安全。如需更改約見或領取物資日期，請與中心職員聯絡。

⚠️ Due to possible severe flooding, fallen trees or other adverse weather conditions in different districts, please continue to pay attention to weather updates and personal safety even after warning signals are lowered. If necessary, please contact the Centre to reschedule appointments or collection dates.

黑色暴雨警告信號已取消，各中心服務已回復正常。
即使改掛紅雨或較低訊號，但仍有大驟雨及狂風雷暴，請各位也要小心注意安全。如有需要請致電中心更改約見或領取食物日期。

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled. All services have resumed as normal.
However, there will still be heavy showers and squally thunderstorms. Please pay attention to safety even if the signal is changed to red rain storm or lower. If necessary, please call the center to reschedule your appointment or food collection date.

黑色暴雨警告信號現正懸掛，為確保服務使用者的安全，現時所有中心服務暫停，直至改掛紅色暴雨警告信號後2小時內陸續恢復開放。
請各位注意安全，如有需要請致電中心更改約見或領取食物日期。

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted. To ensure the safety of the users, all centers are closed and will resume operations within 2 hours after the rainstorm turns red.
Please pay attention to safety. If necessary, please call the center to reschedule your appointment or food collection date.

簡介：社會福利署（社署）自2021年8月1日起資助本會於東區、灣仔區、中西區、南區及離島區推行「短期食物援助服務隊」，為難以應付日常食物開支的個人或家庭提供短期食物援助。
Introduction: Since 1st August 2021, the Social Welfare Department (SWD) has been commissioning St. James’ Settlement to operate Short-term Food Assistance Service Team (STFAST) in Eastern District, Wan Chai District, Central and Western District, Southern District and Islands to help individuals and families who have difficulties in coping with their daily food expenditure.

簡介：為居住於灣仔區、中西區、東區、南區或離島區以外，難以應付日常食物開支的個人或家庭，提供最長6星期的短期緊急食物援助服務。
Introduction: Provides maximum 6 weeks of short-term emergency food assistance for individuals or families living outside Eastern, Wan Chai, Central & Western, Southern and Islands Districts who face difficulties in meeting daily food expenses.

有關部份惠康食物券未能使用情況的通告

本中心接獲部份服務使用者反映，於今天 (2026年4月22日) 惠顧惠康超市時，食物券未能成功使用的情況。

中心已即時就有關情況聯絡惠康作出跟進，惠康回覆4月23日開始可繼續使用超市食物劵。

不便之處，敬請見諒。

Notice on the Unavailability of Partial Wellcome Food Coupons

The Centre has received reports from some service users that food coupons could not be successfully used when shopping at Wellcome Supermarket today (22 April 2026).

The Centre has immediately contacted Wellcome to follow up on the situation. Wellcome has confirmed that the supermarket food coupons can be used again starting from 23 April.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
