-透過「社、家、商」的協作模式，以「共玩共讀」為主題，連結大埔區內育有嬰幼兒的全職嬰幼兒家長(全職家長)成為同路人，彼此分享照顧嬰幼兒的經驗與心得，建立朋輩支援網絡。
-增進全職家長與嬰幼兒子女玩讀的技巧，並推動他們角色轉化成為「同行大使」，將「共玩共讀」的概念於定時定點的玩具童書閣與區內其他有育兒需要的家長分享與交流，為他們提供支援及服務轉介；
- 透過跨界別協作平台，提升地區持分者對嬰幼兒家庭之關愛和接納。
