我們誠意邀請大家於 4 月 17 日 一同在 九龍城廣場 參與 香港國際舞蹈日 2026，與全球舞者同步響應 UNESCO 國際舞蹈委員會 CID 的年度盛典。

國際舞蹈日（Dance Day） 由 CID 於 1982 年創立， 如今已在 全球每一個國家 慶祝， 每年有 數以百萬計的舞者 —— 專業與業餘 —— 一起以舞蹈連結世界。

We warmly invite everyone to join us on April 17 at Kowloon City Plaza for Hong Kong International Dance Day 2026, celebrating together with dancers around the world in response to the annual global call of UNESCO International Dance Council (CID).

International Dance Day, established by CID in 1982, is now celebrated in every country worldwide, with millions of dancers — both professional and amateur — coming together each year to connect through the universal language of dance.

【「心蹈舞」計畫：用身體擁抱力量】

除了 Punch-kun 的公仔，我們更需要舞蹈的真實溫暖。

最近日本小猴子 Punch-kun 緊抱公仔的畫面融化了無數人的心。在那份渴望依附與溫暖的眼神背後，我們看到的，是生命對「安全感」與「連結」最純粹的訴求。

在繁華都市的各個角落，不同年齡的我們，是否也像 Punch-kun 一樣，在尋找一個可以讓靈魂「靠岸」的地方？

「心蹈舞」計畫：用身體擁抱力量，全齡治癒 Dance for Life 的全齡舞蹈工作坊，針對不同年齡層提供獨特的心靈與身體治癒體驗：

• 兒童班 (Children)：「學會依附與探索」。像小猴子一樣，在歡樂的舞蹈中，與夥伴建立真實的團體連結，培養自信與藝術創意思維。

• 成人班 (Adults)：「釋放與重生」。在舞蹈中找回生活的節奏，透過專注的離線練習，像 Punch-kun 的擁抱一樣，給予自己最強大的心靈支撐。

• 長者及復康班 (Seniors/Rehab)：「康復與重燃」。讓愛像擁抱一樣傳遞。幫助長者重新感受身體的律動與他人的溫暖，有效改善身體平衡與活動能力，看見亮麗的未來。

正如 Punch-kun 在依附中得到療癒，我們透過舞蹈，讓不同年齡的生命重新感受連結。

We’re happy to announce that Master Osama Emam is returning to Hong Kong this April to lead an Egyptian Dance programme!
我們很高興宣布，埃及舞大師 Osama Emam 將於今年四月再度來港，帶領一系列埃及舞培訓課程！
This April programme is part of Dance Nefertiti’s CID–UNESCO accredited programmes, offered as our Spring Training Series. Co-organised by Dance For Life and Dance Nefertiti. Participants who complete the programme will be eligible to perform at Hong Kong International Dance Day.
本次四月課程屬於 Dance Nefertiti 的 CID–UNESCO 認可課程，並為本校春季培訓系列之一。由 Dance For Life 與 Dance Nefertiti 聯合主辦。完成課程者可參與 香港國際舞蹈日演出。

As we begin 2026, we reaffirm our mission to create opportunities for those in need to access dance education and real work experience, allowing more people to experience the healing power that dance brings.

In the year ahead, we will continue to collaborate with non profit organisations, expand community cultural programmes, and make dance accessible to individuals from all walks of life. We believe that when people move, connect, and express themselves through dance, positive change becomes possible — in individuals, in communities, and in the world.

Dance For Life 與全港市民一同哀悼大埔宏福苑火災的罹難者，向受影響的家庭與傷者致以最深切的慰問。願逝者安息，願社區在悲痛中互相扶持。

Dance For Life mourns together with the people of Hong Kong for the victims of the Tai Po Hong Fu Court fire. We extend our deepest condolences to the families and heartfelt sympathy to those injured. May the departed rest in peace, and may the community find strength in unity during this time of sorrow.
