【儀式可可 - 不止於療癒】
自古以來，可可在不同文化中都與社群連繫有密不可分的關係，除了用在療癒上她也常被用於維繫和促進和諧的交流。無論是在婚宴還是節慶，人們會分享可可飲料，讓彼此更容易打開心扉交流，拉近人與人之間的關係，並創造友善的氛圍。
很高興在2022年成立後我們漸漸凝聚了一個儀式可可社群，在此記錄一下我們的第一個現場版社群聚（是的，終於這次不是線上聚會）！由於能出席的剛巧是全女班，自然促成了當晚這個Women’s Circle。
當晚的儀式可可特飲由Ady ，加入了優質玫瑰花瓣和菊蜜冰糖。再配搭來自西貢的本地（即是她的家😆）有機木瓜，以及姐妹們帶來的精美小食、即興音樂、生活及心靈的交流，是個豐盛又盡興的一晚。
其實大家也可以與三五知己分享可可，不玩音樂可玩卓遊、談談人生也是很美妙。「個心又再一次被温暖」「更珍惜每一刻每一秒 靈魂真係快樂嘅時間」當晩的姊妹們說 － 心靈富足便是這麽簡單，

【Ceremonial Cacao - More Than Just Healing】
Since ancient times, cacao has been associated with community and connection across various cultures. In addition to being used for healing, she is often used as a means to maintain and promote harmonious communication. Whether at events like wedding receptions or festivals, people share cacao beverages to help them easier to open up and communicate with each other, bringing people closer, and creating a friendly atmosphere.
So grateful that we are gradually building up a ceremonial cacao community since started in 2022, and here we document our first in-person gathering (yes, after all it wasn’t online gathering this time)! It so happened that those who could make it were all female, , it naturally led to this Women’s Circle that night.
The ceremonial cacao drink for the evening was prepared by Ady , using premium rose petals and chrysanthemum honey crystal sugar. Paired with local organic papayas from Sai Kung (ie her home 😄), tasty snacks brought by the sisters, and accompanied by improvise music and heartfelt catch up and chats, it was a night full of joy and abundance.
In fact, you can also share cacao with your dear friends. If music is not your thing, playing board games and talking about life would be wonderful too. “My heart is warmed again” ‘I cherish every moment and every second more, the time my soul is really happy ’, the sisters on that night said - soulful abundance is as simple as that.
