【在重建範圍內的田心村二戰前青磚村屋】（詳細資料尚待考究）
The Pre-WWII Indigenous Green Brick Houses of Tin Sam Village in Redevelopment Area (To be Further Studied)
早前有傳媒報道，在「洪水橋/厦村新發展區第二期」的範圍內，可能於清朝年間興建的村屋（具文化遺產價值但沒任何評級），因逾半世紀前的登記/手續問題，被界定為「寮屋」或臨時構築物，或許會在地盤平整時遭清拆。
From the recent media coverage, it is noted that several indigenous green brick houses of Tin Sam Village/Tsuen in Hung Shui Kiu (with cultural heritage value but no grading), suspected to be constructed during the Qing dynasty, fall within the ‘Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area - Second Phase Development’ are regarded as ‘squatter structures’ or temporary structures by the Government, and might be demolished in site clearance.
田心村多年來隨城市發展，主要里巷的傳統建築，早已被現代的鋼筋混凝土村屋取代，反而在村落邊陲的兩排青磚屋度過了時代的變遷。從二戰結束前拍攝的航空照片所見，相關位置已有建築物，不過確實落成年份待考。
Most of the indigenous architecture of Tin Sam Village constructed in green bricks have been rebuilt into modern dwellings of reinforced concrete along with the urban development in the past decades. The abovementioned houses located on the relatively ‘outskirts’ of the village remain, and keep their authenticity in terms of built materials and spatial settings. From the aerial photo taken before the end of WWII, there have already been houses built on the concerned area, despite exact years of construction to be further studied.
