New Program | 2027 Work Without Walls: The Passport Kitchen 🌏

What if students could explore different cultures without leaving the kitchen?

In The Passport Kitchen, students discover different cuisines, cultural traditions and practical life skills through hands-on cooking.

Over five days, they explore Japanese or Korean, Chinese or Thai, and Italian cuisine — each experience bringing something new beyond the recipe.

From dining etiquette and local wet market visits to kitchen operations and food presentation, students learn by doing, experimenting and working together.

The journey concludes with The Kitchen Game, where students put their learning into practice through a series of team challenges, including our well-known Pancake Challenge. 🤝

More than a cooking programme, it's an opportunity to develop cultural understanding, practical skills and teamwork through real experiences.

📅 March–May 2027
The full 5-day programme is recommended, with flexible dates and year groups.

🍽️ Also Available: International Table Etiquette — a separate 2-hour experience exploring Chinese and Western dining etiquette at the same table.

New Program | 2027 Work Without Walls: The Community Kitchen Table 🌱

What happens when cooking becomes a way to understand a community?

In The Community Kitchen Table, food becomes a starting point for understanding people, communities and everyday life in Hong Kong.

Across the programme, students may visit an organic farm, prepare something to give, cook with older people living alone, learn a home dish with refugee communities, and take part in The Kitchen Game — a series of team challenges that bring together the week’s learning, including our well-known Pancake Challenge.

The focus is not simply on cooking.

Students learn by working alongside others, listening, asking questions and contributing in practical ways. A box of cookies, a meal prepared together, or helping with meal distribution becomes part of a wider learning experience. 🤝

With more than 15 years of experience working with international schools and community organisations, we have seen how much students can learn when they move beyond observation and take part in something real.

The programme can be arranged as a 5-day experience or adapted into a 2–3 day format, with flexibility around dates, grade levels and community themes.

Meaningful learning happens when students enter real environments where they can observe, ask questions, interact, reflect and connect what they see with bigger ideas.

A city can reveal how sustainability shapes everyday life.
A heritage district can connect culture, community and modern development.

At Bloom Dynamic, we believe a learning journey should begin with clear educational goals — not simply a list of places to visit.

For more than 15 years, WFDynamic has worked with Hong Kong international schools and education partners to design off-campus learning experiences. Through Bloom Dynamic, our Greater Bay Area programmes are tailored around students’ age groups, curriculum goals and learning outcomes.

From AI and entrepreneurship to sustainability and Lingnan culture, each programme is designed to help students understand what they are seeing, why it matters, and how it connects back to their learning.

Guided by our founder, a UN SDGs Certified Tutor, we also connect real-world experiences with wider themes such as sustainability, innovation and global responsibility.
