Earlier this week FinnCham Hong Kong, FinnCham South China and The Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong and Macao visited Shenzhen's Qianhai district.🇫🇮🇨🇳

Our delegation started at Stey Qianhai where we were introduced to a new urban living concept of . Their community driven concept combines Nordic design, smart technology, and shared social spaces to redefine how modern professionals live, stay, and connect.

The day continued with an exclusive company visit to KONE's brand-new Southern China headquarters in Shenzhen Qianhai. Our visit was hosted by Eric Xie, SVP Greater China & Managing Director GBA. From smart buildings to innovative ecosystems, we not only witnessed KONE's strategic GBA roadmap firstland but also explored opportunities to unlock the GBA's  potential among our Finnish and regional partners.🚀

We had the privilege of visiting this innovative robotics startup in Shenzhen with FinnCham Hong Kong and FinnCham South China.

Highlights included:
•A live demo of their intelligent quadruped robotic dog – equipped with hemispherical digital LiDAR and capable of carrying up to 200 kg
 •Real-world firefighting applications in challenging environments
 •Deep insights into the future of industrial automation

And to top it all off – a wonderful dinner with H.E. Mr. Mikko Kinnunen, Ambassador of Finland to China. A rare opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen ties between the Finnish and Chinese business communities.
