Yesterday, the AMBS Alumni Association (HK) organised a meaningful volunteer visit to the Ronald McDonald House Hong Kong bringing alumni and students together to spread joy and warmth. Through an afternoon of interactive activities and conversations, our participants created unforgettable moments of happiness for the residents.
This initiative reflects our commitment to social responsibility, aligning with the University’s Impact Rankings by actively supporting community health and well-being. Coupled with a financial contribution from The University of Manchester East Asia Centre via AMBS Alumni Association (HK), the day served as a powerful reminder that giving just a few hours of genuine connection can leave a lasting imprint on human lives.
A heartfelt thank you to Briena Kam and Janny S. who dedicated their time and efforts to lead this successful event and to every volunteer and family member who gave their passion to make last Sunday such an outstanding experience.
Together, the UoM and AMBS communities continue to grow stronger and more united - one meaningful connection at a time. 💜
