They began administrating the Home in 1995. Clifford Accra is Guyanese and his wife Gladys Accra is from the Dominican Republic. They have five (5) children one (1) boy and four (4) girls that are also born in the Dominican Republic. Being motivated by religious commitment and their love for children, they accepted the task of administrating the Joshua House Children Centre.
