Ms. Nitya Vaishnavi Narine, Winner of the 2025-2026 National Treasures Art Competition is currently in Hong Kong participating in the international award ceremony. Winning pieces of art from young Guyanese artists are on display among other international artists.

We are proud to see the Guyanese art pieces on proud display. We hope that this will enrich the experience of the young artist and top national academic performer.

Update: National Treasures Art Competition

Our judges have selected the winning art submissions. We will release the winners and their winning submissions this week. All winners will be notified via email this evening.

Submission Deadline Extended to 17th April, 2026!

By popular request, we have extended the submission deadline for participating artworks to 17th April, 2026. Winning artworks will be announced in the first week of May, 2026.

The winner of the Teenage category will win a trip to Hong Kong to participate in the award ceremony alongside winners from other participating countries (passport and visa application required). All winning submissions will be submitted to Hong Kong.

ART COMPETITION
