55 .......
Every Piece Has a Story
Today, I am 55, and before anything else, I say Thank You, God.
Thank You for waking me up this morning. Thank You for the gift of life and for allowing me to experience another birthday, another year, another chapter.
This patchwork dress tells my story.
Every piece represents a different era of my life. Some seasons were bright, bold and colourful. Others were quieter and more difficult. There were victories and disappointments, beginnings and endings, love, lessons, growth and transformation.
Some pieces I may never have chosen for myself but looking at the whole picture today, I understand:
Every piece belongs.
Together, they have shaped the woman I am today. And at 55, I wouldn't erase a single one. I thank God for all of it.
55 is more than an age. It is 55 years of becoming.
And today, I want my celebration to be about more than receiving. I want it to be about giving life.
If you'd like to celebrate with me in a meaningful way, join us today at the National Blood Transfusion Service from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for our blood drive.
If you can't join us, encourage someone who can. Share the message. Send a friend. Give blood. Give hope. Give someone the possibility of another birthday.
Today, I wear every piece of my journey with gratitude.
55 years. Many pieces. One life. One story. And by the grace of God, I am still becoming.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY.

In just 10 days, I'll celebrate my 55th birthday... but this year, I'm celebrating a little differently.
Birthdays are often about receiving gifts. This year, my greatest wish is to give the gift of life.
I'm inviting 55 people to donate one unit of blood as part of my 55 for 55 birthday challenge. One donation can save several lives. Imagine the difference we could make together.
There is someone, somewhere, who is praying for the gift that only another human being can give the gift of blood.
If you've ever thought about becoming a donor, perhaps this is your moment.
Join me on Saturday, 15th August, at the National Blood Transfusion Service, Georgetown Public Hospital.
Let's celebrate not only my birthday but also the opportunity to give someone another birthday... another anniversary... another chance to hug their loved ones.
Will you be one of my 55?

Please share this post. Together, we can inspire others to give the greatest gift of all, the gift of life.

August has arrived... and so has a new season of purpose.
This morning, at 6:30 a.m., after my prayers and meditation, I stood on my roof deck filled with a deep sense of gratitude.
The sun was rising before me, while the moon lingered quietly behind me. It reminded me that every ending makes way for a new beginning, and every new day is another opportunity to live with purpose.
Today marks the first day of my birth month, and in just two weeks, I'll celebrate 55 years. My heart is overflowing with gratitude for the journey, the lessons, the people, and the countless blessings along the way.
This month isn't just about celebrating another birthday. It's about giving back.
One of the ways I'd love to celebrate is by encouraging 55 people to donate blood in honour of my 55 years. A single donation can save many lives, and I can't think of a more meaningful way to celebrate than by giving the gift of life.
Your blood type doesn't matter. What matters is your willingness to help someone you've never met. That's love in action.
If you'd like to be one of the 55, please leave a comment below or send me an inbox message. Together, let's celebrate life by giving life.
Here's to a month of gratitude, purpose, impact, and making a difference.
Who's willing to be one of my 55?

"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord." — Psalm 150:6
Today, those words have never meant more to me.

Last evening, I drifted off to sleep watching the beautiful moon from my bed. This morning, I stood on the upper deck to witness another glorious sunrise. What a beautiful reminder that every new day is a gift from God.
I am consumed with immense gratitude.
So many people did not wake up this morning, yet we did. Every breath we take is a blessing and every sunrise is another opportunity to love, to serve, and to make a difference.

This recent tragedy in Guyana has not made me realise that the lives of the underprivileged matter, they always have. Through the SONIA NOEL FOUNDATION , we have quietly served our communities over the years because we have always believed that every life has value.
What this moment has done is reignite something within me. It has energized me to do more.
I have several ideas on my heart, and I am seeking God's clarity and wisdom on the way forward. I believe there is another chapter of service ahead, one that will allow me to make an even greater contribution to our nation and to those who need hope, opportunity, and encouragement the most.
When the time is right, I'll be sharing that vision, and I look forward to many of you joining me on this journey. Together, I believe we can make an even greater impact.
This morning, I'm looking forward to fellowshipping with my church family at Love and Faith Ministries, to worship with a grateful heart, to pray for our nation, and to seek God's direction for the days ahead.
May we never take another sunrise, another breath, or another opportunity to show kindness, compassion, and love for granted.
Have a blessed, peaceful, and purposeful Sunday.

We’ve just wrapped up an absolutely amazing weekend with the Vision Life Book, and the energy has been through the roof! We had participants from all over the globe, from Namibia to London, connecting in vibrant breakout rooms, sharing visions, swapping numbers, and finding accountability partners. The testimonials have been nothing short of inspiring, and the networking was truly next level.

"This Vision Life Book is not just a guide; it is a life compass. It brings structure, insight, knowledge, and purpose to every area of life, from mission and health to relationships, finances, and service. Through group reflection, we explored ten life dimensions, and I felt my path unfolding step by step.

Hearing stories from people of all ages revealed our shared longing for inner growth, peace, and success. I am profoundly grateful for this experience and wholeheartedly recommend the Vision Life Book to anyone ready to shape their life with intention, power, and spiritual clarity" Robin Corte

Many people have reached out requesting another opportunity to join this experience, and we heard you. We’re giving you one final chance to be part of this transformative journey. This Saturday, January 24th at 10 AM, we’re hosting one more session, virtual only. No in-person this time, just an incredible online gathering you don’t want to miss.

Hats Off to 2026: Intentionally Stepping Boldly into 2026

As we step into 2026, I’m tipping my hat to everyone ready to live with intention and purpose. I want to give a heartfelt thanks to all the incredible people who have helped me chart my course and shape my vision this past year. This year, let’s not just set goals let’s become the architects of our lives, crafting our vision one page at a time.

I’m absolutely fueled right now by the Vision Life Book I’m creating. It’s giving me the energy and clarity to make the next decade God willing the best one yet. As I enjoy my sabbatical and revisit my mission, vision, and core values, I encourage you all to take that time, too. Let’s make 2026 a year of clarity and vision, and let’s shape our future with intention.

Here’s to a year and a decade filled with purpose and the most beautiful vision for our lives. Happy New Year!

If you could write one powerful new page in your life book for 2026, what would it be about?
