Change is coming. https://linktr.ee/snipclinicguam SNIP is a program sponsored by the government of Guam through funding to be released over the next 5 years.

SNIP (Spay & Neuter Island Pets) is Guam’s first large-scale government backed spay/neuter program, created with the intention of controlling our stray dog and cat population. The program was developed by leaders at the Guam Department of Agriculture, Guam Animals In Need (GAIN), and Boonie Flight Project. With our two staff veterinarians, we plan to run sterilizations out of the Dr. Lynn Raulerson Spay and Neuter Clinic at GAIN 4-5 days/week.

We can’t wait to bring affordable spay/neuter and essential pet services right to the community!

02/12/2025

Guam’s overpopulation starts with community pets — animals fed by many families but not truly “owned.” These dogs and cats have constant unwanted litters, creating most of our stray population.

That’s why SNIP + DOAG launched the SNIP Tag/Tip Program: a donation-based service for community animals.

Includes: spay/neuter, ear tag or tip, microchip, DAPP or HCP vaccine, and rabies (12+ weeks).
Donations encouraged — your support keeps this program alive and helps us reach more animals.
