Guam Sailing Federation Guam Sailing Federation (GSF) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to encourage, promote, supervise, and develop the sport of sailing on Guam.

The Guam Sailing Federation is operated for the purpose of encouraging, promoting, supervising and developing, on a non-profit basis, the Sport of Sailing in the Territory of Guam and the participation by members in off-isalnd competition. The Federation is composed of chartered organizations. The names of the incorporators are Marianas Yacht Club and Bailan Tasi Boardsailors Club. Other chartered sailing organizations may join the Federation based upon written petition.
