Inafa Maolek has provided mediation services on Guam since 1983. As its flagship service, mediation is a confidential process for having a safe and productive conversation to resolve a conflict with the help of a neutral mediator(s), who are trained and credentialed volunteers. Inafa’ Maolek mediates many different types of disputes, including workplace disputes, family issues (spouse to spouse, parent-teen, etc.), landlord/tenant issues and child custody/visitation issues. Inafa Maolek also provides training in conflict resolution and peer mediation through its Young University Mediators (YUMs).
