WestCare Pacific Islands Uplifting the Human Spirit WestCare is a family of non-profit organizations started in 1973 in Las Vegas, NV. We now serve communities in 18 states, three U.S.

We’re excited to share that Jessalynn Chiguina has been promoted to Lead Veteran Advocate, stepping into an important leadership role within SSVF!

Jessalynn’s journey with our team is a wonderful example of growth, dedication, and commitment. Starting as a Case Aide and later becoming a Veteran Advocate, she has continued to grow her knowledge, strengthen her skills, and take on new challenges with confidence and determination.

Throughout the years, Jessalynn has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine commitment to supporting Veterans and her team. She has embraced opportunities to learn, expanded her expertise, and has become someone others can rely on for guidance, encouragement, and support. This well-deserved promotion is a reflection of Jessalynn’s hard work, growth, and the meaningful impact she has made along the way.
