This trip is so much more than travel.

It’s serving side by side with incredible people.
It’s experiencing a culture full of joy, kindness, and perspective.

Every year we watch these young people grow in ways they never expected — gaining confidence, gratitude, and a deeper understanding of the good they can bring to the world.

Meet Austin Black!!! Austin is another one of our AWESOME mentors! He loves anything outside — snowmobiling, biking, climbing, and chasing any good adventure. One of the best parts of the Guatemala Youth Trip for him has been the friendships made and watching everyone come together to help others. He loves Guatemala for the food, culture, and especially the people. It’s a place that quickly feels like home. Austin is SO excited to meet new people and help everyone have an adventure they’ll never forget!!🔥🌎🤝⛰️

Austin is a valued member of our team, and we are beyond excited to introduce him as a head mentor for one of this years trips! Having lived in Guatemala for 2 years, and returned last year for a trip with our team, we are confident you will enjoy your time with him. He loves to stay active, play sports, do anything outdoors but most of all he LOVES people. A few of his favorite things about the country are is the food, music, culture and people. As far as the trip, Austin says “I love seeing how quickly relationships form and how much joy comes from simple things. I also really enjoy serving side-by-side as a group and watching everyone step outside their comfort zones together.” Thanks Austin, we can’t wait to see you out there! 🔥🤌🏼🇬🇹

She lived in Guatemala for 9 months, and has spent weeks and weeks down there since. She loves humans, jumping off cliffs, and a good adventure.
