• Our older students are discovering the joy of reading. 💛

• Thanks to the generous donation of Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, many of them are developing a love for reading in a fun and exciting way.

• When a child learns to enjoy a book…
🌱 their imagination grows
🌱 their understanding expands
🌱 their opportunities increase
🌱 they begin to dream beyond their circumstances

• What started as curiosity…

• Is now becoming a desire to read just one more chapter. 📖😊

• And to us, that’s a huge victory.

• Because we don’t just want children to learn how to read…

• We want them to love reading.

🏗️💛 God’s timing is always better.

Sometimes we want things to move faster.

But God reminds us that every step has its season.

It hasn’t been easy finding the right builder for the Tutoring Center, but today we thank God for Don Chon, who continues moving the project forward one step at a time. 🙏

Every wall completed.
Every detail finished.
Every day of work.

Brings us closer to the dream of seeing this place filled with children learning, growing, and hearing about the love of Jesus. 📚💛

There is still much to do:

🔌 Electrical work
🚪 Doors
🪟 Windows
🏠 Flooring
🚽 Bathrooms
🎨 Finishing touches

But we believe the same God who brought us this far will provide everything needed to complete the work.

💛🙌 Today we want to thank God for the life of Stela.

We are excited to share that she has joined the Compassion in Action team to help support the ministry and serve our community. 🙏

Stela is a woman who deeply loves God and has a special heart for children.

For years, she has been known in the community for faithfully teaching God’s Word to children, hosting Vacation Bible Schools in her own home, and investing her time and energy into helping the next generation know Jesus. 📖✨

Her passion for Christ and her love for children perfectly reflect the mission of our ministry:

💛 Reaching children with the love of Jesus.
📚 Helping them grow through education.
🌱 Raising a generation filled with faith, hope, and purpose.

We believe God brings the right people at the right time, and we are grateful that Stela has chosen to walk alongside us in this mission.

We know her experience, servant’s heart, and dedication to teaching will be a tremendous blessing to the children, families, and communities we serve.

Today the kids were practicing their multiplication tables using math cards—and they were having so much fun they didn’t even realize how much they were learning. 😊

Because when learning becomes a game…

✨ children participate
✨ confidence grows
✨ fear of math disappears
✨ learning becomes exciting

Every card, every answer, and every smile is helping build skills they will use for the rest of their lives. 📚

At the Tutoring Center, we believe children learn best when they are engaged, encouraged, and having fun.

One of the ways we teach children at the Tutoring Center is through songs.

Because when children sing…

What may sound like a simple song is actually helping them develop language skills, memory, attention, and a love for learning. 📚
