Pure Love Is This is devoting its energy to passionately advocate for the forgotten, the needy, the lonely, and under-represented members of the globe.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Tabitha McConnell and I am the Founder of Pure Love Is This. I have had a heart for missions since the age of 8. Since then I have been to Ireland, China, Guatemala, Cambodia, Brazil, Africa, Israel and Nicaragua. Pure Love Is This is a not only a local ministry, it is a worldwide ministry as well. The ultimate goal of this ministry is to have a facility in New

York City that takes teams to deliver items to those in need, while showing the love of Christ and spreading the Good News of His love. Our main items in the facility will consist of toys for children who are without, think of Santa's Workshop. Pure Love Is This has seen villages with hundreds of children with only one toy between them. I want to change that, because a toy is so much more than just that, it is an item of comfort and sometimes a way of escape from terrible circumstances.

The Greece team went to a refugee camp to bring food bags. We went to a people who have no land. In fact most people have never heard of this people group. They may be forgotten by society. But God sees them and desires to have relationship with these people.

These people hardly have anything. Living conditions aren’t the best. I met a young girl and we bonded fairly quickly. Before I left, she gave me something that was so precious to her, her teddy bear. No words. Wrecked by this beautiful act of love. May we as believers be so selfless and let our lives exude the Love of Jesus.

In just a little over a month, I leave for Greece where our team will be serving refugees from Afghanistan, Africa, and Ukraine, as well as ministering in nursing homes and ministering to women and children who have experienced deep trauma and displacement.

I cannot wait to see what Jesus does!! I know He will do a mighty work!

I am currently $400 away from my goal 🙌

1 MORE week until our team leaves for Guatemala.

We are raising more funds for an outreach that the Lord placed on my heart yesterday and for luggage fees.

I believe that the men need to be poured into as well! God sees them too.

Today I want to highlight another one of the needs of our upcoming mission trip:

To ring in the first of the year, the team will be visiting the Children's Hospital where we will have opportunities to pray for some of the children and their families. Our time of ministry was so special here in the past, I am so excited to go again!

Aside from snacks, we would like to make gift bags with coloring books, crayons, stickers, etc. for the kids to have during their stay.

$200 should cover everything for this outreach.

Today I want to highlight another one of the needs of our upcoming mission trip.

S'mores night! This is so much more than a night of chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows. This night is a night where after all of the fun is had, we get to minister to the teens specifically.

Some of these teens will be soon moving to another place for school opportunities, so we really utilize this time to pour into them and pray for the things they may face or are currently facing.

I will tell you that this night with the teens is one of the most powerful nights where Holy Spirit encounters take place 🙌

If you have a heart for this age group or if you feel led to give to this outreach, $100 should cover everything for this night.
