We believe that, with help and faith in God, people can break the cycle of poverty in order to change their future and the futures of their children.

Believe Guatemala is a non-profit organization (501c3) that works in the poor communities outside of Guatemala City. Right now, we are working to build a community center where we can hold job training, tutoring sessions, adult literacy classes and much, much more! Check out our photo albums titled "The Project" and "The Worksite" to get a little more info on the community center. With these programs, we hope to create a sense of confidence and build skills that will help men and women find jobs and change the course of their lives. We believe in these people, we believe that they can break the cycle of poverty. We know that God has a plan for this organization and each person that we work with. Join us in prayer as we ask Him to reveal his plans to us. Find out more at http://www.believeguatemala.org

Thank you so much to everyone who helped us cover our school bus expenses for August. We are truly grateful for your generosity and for being part of what God is doing in the lives of these children. We still need your help for the next two months. The cost of the school bus is one thousand dollars per month, one thousand for September and one thousand for October. Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference. Every cent counts. Your support helps our children get to school safely each day, and continue to receive the education they deserve. To God be all the glory.’

By God’s grace, we are entering the final stretch of the school year, and our school bus has been an incredible blessing to the children we serve. Every day it gets them safely to school and back home, giving them the chance to learn, grow, and build a brighter future. As we approach the end of the year, we still need to cover our bus payments for August, September, and October. Our goal is to raise three thousand dollars to cover the remaining transportation costs and ensure our children can finish the school year without interruption. If you feel led to give, any amount—big or small—will make a meaningful difference. To make a donation, please visit our website at www.believeguatemala.org/donations/donatenow.

Thank you for your prayers, your kindness, and your continued support of Believe Guatemala. To God be all the glory.

“A few weeks ago, we were blessed to receive a visit from our friends from Saint Joe’s. Together with the kids, we held a ceramics class where they created some beautiful pieces. This week, we received the final products, and here are the results. To God be all the glory. How exciting to see the children’s art.”

We invite you to join us on a mission trip and be the hands and feet of Jesus and make a lasting difference in the lives of others. To God be all the glory!

Happy Sunday to everyone! In Guatemala, on July 25th, we celebrate Teacher’s Day, and this past Friday, we went out with our staff to honor their day. Thank God for their lives and for their commitment to our children. Jesus Christ is the solid rock on which Believe Guatemala is built, and He sent these teachers to be the strong pillars with which we build the future of our children. To God be all the glory!
