This January in Guatemala, we had the opportunity to see one of the claims that guide us manifested in real and tangible ways.

Movement health is wanted. Movement health is needed.

We worked alongside local clinicians, students, and partners to care for individuals who, in many cases, traveled hours to access support. The goal was not just treatment, but sustainable change rooted in humility, intention, and local leadership.

This week did not mark a finish line. It renewed our inspiration for the road ahead.

Villa Nueva and Canillá are the first partners in our journey. We look forward to continuing to build alongside communities who see movement health as essential to human flourishing.

Together, we move.

They have had an amazing impact on students from Guatemala and the United States and have provided transformative care to patients in the second most populous city in the country, Villa Nueva. Day 2: We explored a bit of the wonder of this beautiful culture. Started the day with the amazing co-op . We learned about the journey from seed to cup. Today’s experience gave us greater insight into communities in which growing coffee is central and its impact on the workforce within the community and on overall family life.
