An amazing project from Neci EU has come to the end on the topic of "Developing YouthWorkers into Trainers- T.o.T level 2". Organised, Hosted, Coordinated by Network for European Citizenship and Identity - NECI with 10 European organisations, represented by 21 youthworkers. This TOT was an intensive programme to develop trainers through theory and practice (learning theories, methods, tools, approach, trainers' protocols, training style, coaching, etc), constructive feedback on their practice, and more. Thankfully, participants will meet for Level 3, which will be the last one, next October, and they will graduate as Junior trainers of NFE. The project lasted from 4 to 10 April 2026 in Paralimni, Cyprus.
The Neci GR team thanks the coordinating team and trainers of NECI, and of course, all co-participants for their productive collaboration.
