🌍✨ Day 4: From Ideas to Action
The fourth day of the “Youth Participation, Civic Engagement and Community Action” training in Palić, Serbia was dedicated to transforming ideas into concrete initiatives that can create a positive impact in local communities. 🇪🇺
💡 The day began with the Civic Innovation Lab, where participants worked in international teams to design creative and sustainable solutions for challenges faced by young people in their communities.
📋 During the Project Development Workshop, participants explored the key elements of successful project planning, learning how to transform ideas into realistic initiatives with clear objectives, activities, and expected outcomes.
🎤 In the afternoon, participants presented their concepts during the Civic Action Marketplace, exchanging ideas, receiving feedback, and inspiring one another through innovative approaches to civic engagement and youth participation.
🏅 The training concluded with the evaluation session, where participants reflected on their learning journey, shared their achievements, and celebrated the knowledge and skills they had gained throughout the week. The programme officially ended with the certificate ceremony, recognizing their commitment and active participation.
🎉 The final evening was marked by a memorable Farewell & Intercultural Evening, celebrating the friendships, partnerships, and cultural diversity that made this training a truly unforgettable experience.
🇪🇺 The TUNE Network is a transnational European network that brings together youth organisations from 16 European countries, working together to strengthen youth participation, civic engagement, and democratic values. The project is co-funded by the European Union and aims to empower young people through international cooperation, capacity building, and the development of innovative initiatives that promote active citizenship and community involvement.
