🌍 Day 2 - TUNE annual general assembly 🇬🇷✨

Day 2 brought focus, collaboration, and a clear vision for the future of our network.

We began with presentations from four working groups, each exploring one of TUNE’s main strategic pillars. These sessions offered fresh perspectives, concrete proposals, and a shared understanding of how we can strengthen our impact across Europe.

The day continued with a forward-looking discussion on the future of TUNE, identifying priorities, opportunities, and long-term directions for the network. Together, we shaped the foundation for our next steps.

A major milestone was the development of the Annual Plan for 2026, outlining key actions, partnerships, and initiatives that will guide our work in the upcoming year.

Outside the meeting room, participants enjoyed the warm atmosphere and vibrant spirit of Thessaloniki. From walks by the sea to cozy cafes and lively evening conversations, the city offered the perfect backdrop for connection and inspiration.

Thessaloniki, Greece

Day 1 of our gathering is complete and it was filled with energy, connection, and meaningful work.

We kicked off with a warm welcome session where partners and youth workers from across Europe reunited and met new members of the network. The atmosphere truly set the tone for an inspiring assembly.

This was followed by an engaging team-building activity, helping us strengthen cooperation, build trust, and prepare for the work ahead.

In our first working block, we looked back at the 2025 highlights, celebrating what we accomplished together throughout the year. We also completed a mapping of actions developed through TUNE, showcasing the growth, impact, and diversity of our initiatives.

A big part of the discussion focused on the future of TUNE and our direction for the upcoming period, guided by our four strategic pillars!

To wrap up the day, participants took part in a meaningful Volunteer Day event, giving back to the local community of Thessaloniki and bringing the TUNE values to life.

Day 1 is done, and we are excited for what comes next. Stay tuned! 💙

🌍 TUNE annual general assembly heads to Thessaloniki! 🇬🇷✨

✨We are excited to announce that Thessaloniki will host this year’s TUNE Annual General Assembly.

From December 3 to 6, partners, youth workers, and organizations from across Europe will gather to reflect on our achievements, strengthen cooperation, and shape new ideas for the year ahead.

This meeting has become a cherished tradition. It is a space where long-standing partners reconnect, new collaborations start, and the TUNE network grows even stronger.

✨ Youth Perspectives Across Europe — TUNE 2025 Highlights! ✨

This year, 472 young people from all TUNE partner countries shared how they engage, what challenges they face, and what they want to change.

🧩 Young, active, and motivated! Most respondents are 18–25 and living in urban areas — and they're already involved! Volunteering, youth exchanges, and voting top the list of participation activities.

⚠️ But barriers remain…
Across all regions, young people point to:
🔹 Lack of information
🔹 Lack of time (school/work)
🔹 Financial barriers
🔹 Low trust in institutions
🔹 Limited support from decision-makers

💻 Digital participation = a strong point!
Over 2/3 feel confident using online tools.
Most-used platforms: Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook.
Young people are asking for safer, clearer, more accessible online spaces with better privacy and multilingual options.

🎧 What would motivate stronger engagement?

🏞️🗣️ Day 3 of TUNE international training course in Kruševo!

🌍 Today was all about exploration and dialogue. Participants had the chance to discover the beautiful town of Kruševo, learning more about its culture and history.

🏛️ In the afternoon, the group stepped into council debates, practicing democratic dialogue and decision-making, while discussing the role of young people in shaping policies.

🤝 By combining cultural discovery with hands-on debate, participants strengthened both their European identity and their skills to influence change.

🔥📚 Day 2 of TUNE international training course in Kruševo!

💡 Today participants dived deeper into workshops and discussions on youth participation, e-democracy, and how young people can shape policies that matter to them. By the end of the night, we had traditional "International night" were participants presented their countries, showed us their hometown food and traditional dances.

🤝 Collaboration, inspiration, and solidarity marked the second day in Kruševo proving once again the power of working together for a stronger Europe.

🌟🌍 DAY 1 - TUNE international training course kicks off in Kruševo!

📍 The TUNE – Transnational United Network of Europe project has started its international training course in Kruševo, North Macedonia, bringing together youth and youth workers from across Europe. Today marks the first day of activities, focused on learning, sharing experiences, and strengthening youth participation.

🤝 Together with our local partner CET Platform Macedonia, participants are exchanging ideas, discovering best practices, and connecting to build stronger European networks for youth empowerment.

Within the TUNE – Transnational United Network of Europe project, a international training course will take place in Kruševo, North Macedonia, from 11 to 14 September. 🙌

Together with our partner CET Platform Macedonia, this activity will gather young people and youth workers to explore new ways of strengthening youth participation, solidarity and European values. 💡🤝

🚀 Two-Day TUNE Seminar in June!

As part of the TUNE project, a two-day seminar was held from June 10–11, bringing together participants from partner organizations across Europe 🌍.

👉 The goal of the seminar was to strengthen capacities in data collection, analysis, and processing, while empowering youth workers to use modern digital tools and platforms 💻📊.

Through interactive sessions:
✨ Participants explored practical techniques for field data collection.
✨ Learned methods of data analysis and processing.
✨ Tested various digital tools that make the process easier.

📌 A special focus was placed on digital platforms that enable more effective tracking of young people’s needs and the creation of policies based on reliable information.

This project is implemented within the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

🌍✨ TUNE keeps growing! ✨🌍

United Societies of Balkans (USB) proudly continues to lead the TUNE – Transnational United Network of Europe project into its third year of successful cooperation. 🙌

The project empowers young people to take an active role in shaping Europe through participation, e-democracy and youth policy-making. Over the next months, exciting activities will bring together youth and organizations from across the continent, strengthening their voices and building stronger connections. 🗳️💡

📍 A key activity for youth workers will be organized in one European city, focusing on skill development and exchange of good practices. The year will conclude with inspiring final events in Thessaloniki, celebrating cooperation, solidarity and youth engagement across Europe.
