Khôra Residency

Khôra Residency Khôra / Χώρα is a new 10-day residency for site-specific cinema and sound projects on the Cycladic island Syros. Co-organized by SyrosSoundMeetings & SIFF.

This program is a joint initiative by Syros Sound Meetings and the Syros International Film Festival. The residency will play host to a select group of artists working in video/film and sound/music for an intensive collaborative project. Khôra will take place at the Syros Institute, housed in a refurbished 16th century Monastery in Ano Syros. Works produced in the residency will be screened/presented at the end of the residency, and as part of the Syros International Film Festival.
