The Greek market has an immense requirement for correct, accurate, and approved Title Insurance products to satisfy a void in the marketplace that protects the following groups during and after the purchasing of real estate either personal or commercial 1) the new owner, 2) the seller, and 3) the lender against a claim challenging the new title possession of said property. During the past year with its own time and funding Hellas Title has been established. Hellas Title was established in 2009 to address the need for correct, accurate and approved Title Insurance addressing personal and commercial property Title Insurance. Hellas Title would provide a chain of Title to said property removing any and all liability entitlements. With the right title insurance underwriter affiliation and product mix, the brand name Hellas Title will reach the Greek translation of (Greek Title). The architects of Hellas Title have more than 25 years of real estate, mortgage, title work, and underwriting knowledge from and through the 50 states in the USA market. The architects were educated in the United States and have received BS, AS, and MBA degrees within the group. Marketing plan for Hellas Title calls for the following:
1. To establish a presence in the Greece Real Estate, Mortgage and Title market.
2. Setup affiliation with an acceptable title insurance underwriter having policies and abilities to meet the Greek market title needs with products for home owners, corporations and lenders.
4. Develop and become the country leader in the title insurance market. Greek Banks information:

The 4 Greek banks average about 3,000 to 4,000 home loans per year. Each of the loans would require title insurance policies for the homeowners and lenders. The number of home loans per year from the 4 Greek banks and their branches is about 12,000 to 16,000 home loans per year. The total number of title insurance policies for home owners and lenders would be about 24,000 to 32,000 title insurance policies per year. We are corresponding lenders with the 4 Greek banks
The four items that Hellas Title wants to address are the following:
1) An Owner's Title Insurance Policy that protects the purchaser against the cost of a title claim and the cost of having to defend such a claim.
2) A Lender's Title Insurance Policy similarly protects the lender against a claim and the Lender expenses or loss that it could incur if a claim is made against the property upon which the lender has issued a loan.
3) The premium for the Title Insurance Policy is paid once, and the Policy remains in effect for the entire time that the owner owns the property, or in the case of a lender, for the entire term of its mortgage.
4) The Title Insurance Policy also provides marketability coverage, which means that it also insures that an owner can sell his property free from any claims that would be covered by the Owner's Title Insurance Policy. How Title Insurance is issued:
Hellas Title will request title verification and relevant documents relating to the property. Hellas Title attorney will examine those documents to determine if title is clean and marketable, or if there are any title defects that must be cured before closing. Hellas Title will then issue a title commitment, and when it is clear that the requirements for delivery of clean and marketable title can be accomplished at or before closing, the closing is scheduled. When the closing has been concluded, Hellas Title as agent for its underwriter will issue a Title Insurance Policy, which is delivered a couple of months following closing with the original recorded Warranty Deed.
