✊🏼In solidarity with people on the move The project I HAVE RIGHTS. The new organisation I HAVE RIGHTS.

emerged from the Refugee Law Clinic Berlin which provides free and independent legal advice for refugees and migrants in Berlin, Germany. Until now the Refugee Law Clinic used to work in Berlin and Samos but as the project in Greece started to grow, the organisation decided to set up an independent organisation which will focus on the situation on Greece. will take over and continue the legal project on Samos and start to provide free legal support and legal information in January 2022. Until then the volunteer team on Samos is working on setting up the structures for I HAVE RIGTHS. which includes to establish a professional approach concerning the case work and to put a greater focus on advocacy work.

I HAVE RIGHTS. (ΕΧΩ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ) είναι ένας Μη Κερδοσκοπικός Οργανισμός (ΜΚΟ) με έδρα το νησί της Σάμου στην Ελλάδα. Ο οργανισμός παρέχει δωρεάν νομική πληροφόρηση και νομική υποστήριξη σε όλους τους αιτούντες άσυλο και πρόσφυγες στο νησί.

Το έργο ΕΧΩ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ. προέκυψε από το Refugee Law Clinic Berlin που παρέχει δωρεάν και ανεξάρτητες νομικές συμβουλές για πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες στο Βερολίνο της Γερμανίας. Μέχρι τώρα, το Refugee Law Clinic δραστηριοποιείται στο Βερολίνο και στη Σάμο, αλλά καθώς το έργο στην Ελλάδα άρχισε να μεγαλώνει, ο κεντρικός οργανισμός αποφάσισε να δημιουργήσει έναν νέο ανεξάρτητο οργανισμό με επίκεντρο την κατάσταση στην Ελλάδα. Ο νέος οργανισμός ΕΧΩ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ. θα αναλάβει και συνεχίσει το νομικό έργο στη Σάμο ενώ παράλληλα θα ξεκινήσει να παρέχει δωρεάν νομική υποστήριξη και νομικές πληροφορίες από τον Ιανουάριο του 2022. Μέχρι τότε η εθελοντική ομάδα στη Σάμο εργάζεται για τη δημιουργία των απαραίτητων δομών για το I HAVE RIGTHS. με εστίαση στην καθιέρωση πλήρους προγράμματος νομικής στήριξης στους πρόσφυγες.
